Property being remodeled and it looks great. In our room the shower water never really got hot enough for a comfortable shower.
And on Saturday night the fire alarm was tripped which required everyone to get up and start heading for the exits. It ended up being a false alarm. Never was explained why it was tripped nor even an apology for the incident upon checkout.

I wish I could write something nicer about the hotel, but staying in a room between the hotels laundry room and a guests room where someone stayed that watched loud TV all night long makes it very hard… well, it was my birthday weekend escape and unfortunately I couldn’t really enjoy it because of that circumstances…the hotel is very noisy, rooms are outdated, but with the renovation they are obviously working to make it better, the breakfast was ok, the staff friendly. Only the king bed was fabulous, but if you are not able to sleep …. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend the hotel to one of my friends and family? Probably not! Next time we will book not as spontaneous as this time… and would stay in a Hilton group hotel again.

Overall nice stay, only downfall was the remodeling but didn’t inconvenience us-just dropping my husband off for army.

Overnite stay. Arrived and left in the dark. Staff very pleasant. Appreciated the availability of coffee and grab and go early.

I would not stay here again. Tiles in bathroom floor cracked, grout missing, hair on walls and in towel. Shower was bit good at all, you either had it scalding hot or cool and it didnt matter if you wanted a shower, you got a shower/bath combined because of the tub drainage. Lights in bathroom flickered....not a good experience and i usually dont leave reviews!!

Checking in and out was simple and fast. The bed was so soft that my back regrets the sleepover. The hotel is being remodeled but the construction is not a total eye sore.Breakfast was simple, enough, and pleasing for the appetite.

Had I know that the hotel was under construction I would not have stayed there. I came in to wanted to take a nap before my appointment, but was not able because of the renovations. Customer service was great and I am glad that they are putting money back into the hotel, as it is aging. Things were clean but just wish that I could have gotten some rest.

I called before I booked to see was indoor pool available I was advised by front desk clerk tae that is was open. It closes at 10pm when I got to hotel pool was closed hotel under construction alot of drilling and beating

Our room literally gave me vertigo. The floor dipped down in half the room. Nails were sticking out the side of the entertainment center area. The staff was incredibly nice, but the room itself was not good.

Staff was very friendly and room was clean! The room however is kinda outdated. They did not have usb chargers to plug in to charge phones, but other than that it was a great stay!

Online they have an inside pool but at the desk they told us it was not working. The pool was the main reason for getting this hotel.
They would not print us a reciept because it was booked with " a third party". I am actually a member of IHG
They put a 50$ hold on my card also because it was a third party. So I hope they didn't put any charges on it since they refused to print me a reciept. We were told at checkin we could get one printed at checkout.

Check-in was quick and the woman at the front desk was friendly. The hotel seems to be a little out of the way. The room is comfortable and seems clean. It is diffult to get the luggage teolley in the room, but I made it work. I had to kill a roach where the trolleys are stored... Overall it seems like a comfortable hotel.

The property needs to be updated. The beds were comfortable my son enjoyed the free breakfast. My room was clean and the AC was working great. The hotel was very convenient for me to get back and forth to Fort Stewart.

No Bath Soap In The Shower, The Breakfast Food Was Not Hot ! Room Was Hot , The Air Was On When We Got There.

The air-conditioning was very loud and annoying. There are no USB ports for charging phone, etc. The pillows were not comfortable. For $172 for one night, I expected better. I won't stay here again but if anyone wants some tips, make sure to take your own pillow(s) and some ear plugs.

Over, a clean room and comfy bed. However, bathroom floor tiles were loose and the hairdryer only worked on low which took twice the time to blow-dry my hair. Room had a musty smell and I figured it may have something to do with the leak stains on the ceiling. Could use some updating. My main focus is cleanliness and the room was clean.

Best stay here ! Comfortable beds with is a major plus for me and no rude staff like last year when we staued at the la Quinta off of Oglethorpe.

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly, courteous, and patient.
Our room was clean and spacious.
We had breakfast this morning and it was delicious. A great variety to choose from. There was something for everyone. The person working the breakfast area was very polite, helpful, and offered assistance as needed.
Thanks Expedia, for an excellent recommendation for our stay.

This is our second stay here. It is convenient to the base and restaurants. It did have a musty smell in the hallway on the second floor. They had dehumidifiers looking thing’s running so they may have had a leak of some sort before we got there. The breakfast was delicious! The lady at check in was very nice. The pool was shut down and that was disappointing. I wished when things like that happens they give guest a small discount. I like how they clean the rooms everyday. Not many places does that anymore.

This place was excellent!! The employees go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I must say I give so much credit to Mr. Henry, Kacy and Candance for their hospitality!! We will be back!!!

The hotel is farther from #95 than I anticipated. The
address is given as Hinesville which I see is a large
area of several neighborhoods. The staff is pleasant and everything seems maintained. We stayed in what I suspect is a room for handicapped, very large and well furnished for
that purpose. There were two sizable stains on the carpet
which should be addressed.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Had one minor issue. I had to wait a long time to check in.

Charged 100 dollars for incidentals and if had not asked I would not have known. Could not get physical copy of receipt although every other holiday inn we have stayed at that was booked through this app we were given a physical copy of receipt at request. That was disappointing to say the least. Plus, incidentals should be refunded at check out not after 10 business days. 100 dollars is too much. There are five star hotels with restaurants and bars on site that do not charge that much.
