My stay was great and awesome I loved it very much

Was pretty decent for the price. Also i arrived into Bmnt several hours earlier than check-in time, stopped at motel 1st (via Uber) to attempt to atleast drop my baggage off, so i didnt have to take it to a local hospital (for a visit). Had to wait about 30 mins for them to clean the room and was allowed to go ahead and check-in 2.5 hours prior to scheduled check-in.
Ms. Office Lady (sorry, i didnt catch your name), your AWESOME and i REALLY APPRECIATE the early check-in! I will definitely keep your motel on my list for possible future revisits!

Literally had multiple roaches. Said something to the guy working the desk and all he could say is yea we know. Disgusting.

This room was not well kept.. cigarette burns on counters and dressers and BED COVERS .. the curtains was cut with big openings.. broken soap dish in tub

These rooms are a tear down, they stink the restrooms are filthy, the shower head alone is full of gunk which is not suitable to actually shower. Rooms smell like straight must and dirtiness. The restroom door is literally sawed off on the edge just so the door can shut. I can go on and on about the conditions of this motel. We were only there for work and trying to save a few bucks but it's totally not worth it at all. I've never seen such conditions in a hotel.

We chose to stay up front and smoked outside. The jet tubs and quiet neighbors made all the difference. Very friendly and unobtrusive employees. Extremely accommodating beautiful room with a wonderful bed and plenty of pillows! Our home away from home. We love it! J&J

I reported roaches in my room and they never did anything about it. I had to spray the room my self.

Nice and quiet. They need to upgrade their showers. Also, they need new towels. Those towels were more brown than white. Most important thing is the smoker customers, the hotel should have a smoke plaace for them. They smoke outside their room and all the cigarette smell goes to the rooms

Cockroaches was everywhere even in the freaking microwave !!!! And i booked the smoking room but they provide me with the non smoking room !! Terrible experience never again

The bed had a dip in it. Tub and toilet outdated and needs resurfacing. Door lock wasn’t working properly had to jiggle it over and over

It was cold and humid. A/C worked but not effective in the far side where the restroom was. The flooring was dark patterned tile and sticky with humidity. TV remote didn't work. The shower was excellent with great pressure but too much water was wasted. The bed was good. The building was dirty

You definitely get what you pay for. There was mold on the curtains and on the AC unit, there were stains on the "clean" towels, there was still food on the floor from the previous people who stayed, ice machines didn't work, the bathroom outlets didn't work, room smelled heavily of cigarettes, bathroom had peeling paint on the floor of the tub. The only decent thing was the location.

The bed was hard as brick there was a nasty wet rag on the floor looked like the room had not been swept there was hair in the sink hair in the bathtub I will not be staying back there again

The front office was filled with packages and junk. In the room had dirty floors, a dirty bathroom and roaches.
Additionally because of the location there were people walking around the property loudly at all hours

The pictures look nothing like what you experience when we arrived the room floor was wet I guess because ac was left on it just ddnt feel good just not what I expected

It wasn’t pleasant at all! People were hanging out everywhere that had no rooms, room was dirty and not cleaned properly at all! Room was out of date and dingy! Whole experience was awful!!

We get there and the guy at the office was nice, the room was dirty floor was sticky. While unloading the car a naked man opens his door and stands there. There was crack heads all over. It was passed 1am we had been on the road since 6am the morning before and there were no refund so we had to suck it up but never again. I couldn’t sleep with all the loud noises going on upstairs and outside

Very comfortable the only concern is the bath tubs can be replaced and tile in bathroom shower can be cleaned better.bath tub had dirty spots

The person at the front desk was horrible. She treated me less than human. She refused to answer questions and actually threw my receipt at me. Maybe she was having a bad day and maybe she is just nasty but it says a lot about the company to allow someone like her to work/represent their business. She seemed to be racist, since the person in front of me was treated far more respectfully than I was so maybe she hated me because I am white, but it’s not right.

When I arrived I waited 5 to 10 minutes for the lady to finish on the phone which was no problem. The problem started when she walked over and did not say anything to me and just looked at me and looked at my stuff. I thought she was eventually going to greet me but never did and I finally said hello, how are you after a moment of or two. She then told me that I needed a $20 cash deposit. There was no place in the advertisement and it was never committed to me that I needed a $20 cash deposit. I had to leave the hotel and walk over to a store next to the hotel in order to use the atm. Once I finally took care of that and got inside of the room there was an ashtray inside the room in the room was supposed to be a non smoking room.
