The hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable. It’s a bit dated could use new oval toilets and fresh carpet. I’d stay here again.

The issue isn't so much the hotel itself, but the Grill Restaurant and Lounge it houses. Both Friday and Saturday, the kitchen was unavailable after 9:45-10 p.m. I was out there to work into the evening, so the inability to get a meal was unfortunate.

I appreciated being located on the 3rd floor for a quieter sleeping option. Kim, at the desk, solved the Expedia error on my name and moved forward quickly. Nice !

Very few amenities unless you want to pay extra for an already overpriced room. Nothing on site for breakfast options. Very noisy highway close by and there is nothing grand about the view. The whole place smelt like weed so apparently they allow smoking marijuana in there. Have to give a shout out to the cleaning staff though. They did an incredible job with the room I was in for 6 days.

We had no heat all night, had to sleep in my clothes and coat. Called front desk, they said to put heater on low and 78 degrees and it would take some time to heat up. It never did, told them in the morning on check out that it needed serviced. Won't stay there again!

Every thing was easy from check in to the room neat n clean. Being able to have our furry critter to lotsa hot water. We would definitely stay here again.

This place has seen better days. It was totally disappointing. I realize it is hard to find help but this was marginal in cleanliness and maintenance. Not staying again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar and grill downstairs served good food in a comfortable atmosphere. There were a couple of amenities not available, such as regular coffee downstairs and fitness center was closed. But the stay was quiet and comfortable.

It's nice that dogs are allowed but the only area to walk them is dirty and not well maintained. It is so noisy all night in this hotel with banging and neighbor room tvs blaring we got no sleep at all
