Great room. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Parking was a little tight. Handicapped parking was regular parking with the wheelchair sign on it. Not good for handicapped people that need the extra space to get in and out of a vehicle.

The breakfast was a real disappointment. We stayed 2 nights. The first morning there was hardly anything to eat! The front desk lady got up and fixed more after a man and his child came in and found nothing…. We didn’t even try the next morning.
There were no vending machines for snacks. The front desk said they were working on it…

From the time of check- in was a red flag. Sign at the desk that someone was there and ring bell. Rang twice and waited 10 minutes and called the hotel where a lady ran to the phone and I said it’s me calling. Evidently she was maid and front desk. Pleasant but dressed in sweats and Tshirt each day we saw her, and I asked to join the rewards club and she had no clue how to do it and evidently new on check in. Stayed 3 nights and card stopped working after two and had to wait since same lady was only staff. Breakfast was good. Hairdryer did not work and asked for another and they had no more. Next day asked again and no one purchased anymore. Huge Cockroach in bathroom Saturday night. We come to Brownwood often but last stay here.

Nothing that would blow you away but nice, clean hotel at a fair price. Staff was very nice and hot breakfast a bonus. Dining area was well attending and kept clean. Bed sheets and pillow above average for hotel stays and at lease on part with Marriott and Hilton hotels. AC cycled on & off too much on the auto setting we used. Only one small elevator but adequate and hotel was full. I would stay here again.

The hotel is an older establishment, but it is very well kept. From check in to check out everything was wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast had several options including bacon and eggs.

The room smelled like mildew so I asked the front desk to change rooms she move me to the 3rd floor same smell wilts the air blasting. Did they clean the carpet and let it let it mildew. Who knows but I will not be back in this Lifetime on Earth.

All was great except the main reason I booked this property was the pool & hot tub. The hot tub was out of commission & looked like it had been out a while.

The room was clean- Though my view was to the back of the entrance roof, which you could see was sagging and about to fall, so that needs attention. The shower head had very low pressure. So much that I had to take a bad to feel like I was getting the soap off. In taking a bath I noticed black mold around the tile line of bath to tile. The vent fan did not work. The breakfast that was offered was less than I expected and there was limited variety, and I was down earlier than most guest. I came back an hour later to see if maybe I was too early, and it was still lacking. Left and went and got breakfast out. But I was satisfied with my stay. I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady on the Wednesday night I checked in. I wish I would have got her name, but she is an asset to your company and was very welcoming.

This room had a horrible smell, perhaps the carpet needs to be replaced, it was horrible, and some light bulbs did not work, kot good..

Clean, safe and beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice, everyone said hello and smiled - all the desk people and dining people were professional. All except one guy with a Hawaiian shirt who was a little condescending to my teenage son who didn’t know how to work the waffle machine. He said, “don’t you know how to run that thing? Can’t you read?” Now, the instructions were peeling off and no…we don’t have waffle machine at home. Again, that guy could have been nice and helpful but he wasn’t.

Riley at check in was awesome. She was so sweet kind and smiling. We did not have any wash clothes or towel for in front of the tub so went down to get some. Riley was dealing with a gentleman with very little English. She was really polite to him and trying to get him to understand the situation. We didn't have the tube to hold the toilet paper on or hook for towels. You couldn't use the tub as the shower head wouldn't turn off all the way. Breakfast was ok. Quiet hotel for being by the highway. Pool was cold!!

Hotel needs some upgrades. Corridor entrances to suites are loose and feel unsecured even when locked. A/C worked very well. Shower head was loose.
