I indicated that the sink in the bathroom was not draining properly. They sent maintenance, but it still did not drain properly. While taking a shower the tub filled with water. It took a while for it to drain. The Kleenex box emptied and was not replaced until the following day. One of the elevators was broken and caused a back up and delay for those trying to come and go.

The front desk agent was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The rooms were pretty dated and shabby. There were hairs in the “cleaned “ bathroom. The floor appeared dirty. The couch and chair in the living room had visible stains. Overall I would never stay there again. Needs a big facelift.

What I didn’t like was the 2 bed room needs up date and someone stole the blow dryer and I ask for another and they give me a really messed up one the room had a mosquitos the beds where super small

Good location for our needs. A little outdated and some worn furniture needing an upgrade, but otherwise facility was good. Bar reception server was sometimes overwhelmed, and worked alone, but always was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is pretty run down. Not really worth the nightly price.
It did for a night, but I wouldn't want to stay here any longer than that.

Great property,breakfast was awesome and delicious with good variety. Fresh made omlettes,pastrys,etc and all you can eat ! Pool and hot tub were clean. Enjoyed the comedy club and evening drinks and snacks. I will stay here again.

The complimentary breakfast is great - lots of hot and cold options, and the scrambled eggs are actually good (not like rubber as on many buffets). Our room was clean and had plenty of space to stretch out. Only complaint is that the hair conditioner bottle was empty and there aren’t very many towels provided in the room. I noticed in other reviews that the shampoo or conditioner bottles were empty. They should replace them with clear bottles so that housekeeping knows when to refill them.

The facility was very clean albeit a bit dated in the rooms. Complimentary breakfasts were spectacular. Staff was wonderful: Very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to the airport and our desired destinations. Will certainly stay here again!

The hotel was awesome will definitely stay there again. All staff were great. Alex and Alexis at the front desk were awesome.
The only thing that we disliked and that is only our own opinion was the omelets werer very over cooked.

As a family of 6, it's always challenging finding a hotel that's comfortable for our family to share one room. The beds were comfortable, including the sleeper sofa, which often isn't the case. It was very helpful that there were an additional 2 sinks separate from the bathroom, making it easier for everyone to get ready at the same time. Also, the breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've had at a hotel - plenty of options for everyone. The made to order omelets were delicious.

Great hotel! Comfy big rooms, heated outdoor pool (used in 65° weather roughly), hot tub, decent fitness room, amazing breakfast, reception 1.5 hour is great!, friendly staff. Slightly dated but amenities are worth it.

The room wasnt as clean. Film on mirrors. Ceiling in living room from floor above pulling down. Stain in bathroom sink. The pillows were horrible and asked for differnt ones and they didnt have any different ones. Breakfast wanst as good as I remembered. Omlet station was good but other entrées not as good. Cold and hard potatoes. Not all juices available either.

The tv and remote alot eith all thr ammenities were severely outdated. I bootked with the Hilton for high class service and rooms and feel no diffeent then if i went to a motel 6. For the price im highly dissapointed and i will not be staying at anymore Hilton properties again and steering other away as well. Wasted 200 bucks

First off, the staff was amazing. From the front desk, to the kitchen area to the bar. All were helpful and very nice. Secondly, the beds (for them being firm) were absolutely comfortable. House service was very clean and tidy. Very spacious room, more than what i thought we were getting for the price. 10/10 will stay there next time we fly down. Thank you guys so much <3
