Front desk staff was kind and friendly but the room was horrible. We asked for a jacuzzi room which we received but it was too disgusting to use even after a very long day of driving.
We won’t be staying here again. They are not even trying to keep this hotel kept up and in good condition. See pictures.

Was it the nicest? No, but it was clean and neat, except for some stains on the furniture that were bothersome. But the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, and the price was exactly what I needed. I felt clean and safe, which is all I'm looking for.

This is not the La Quinta that I expected. It is tired and I felt very uncertain about the cleanliness. The fan blew directly onto the bed and I had to use the desk chair to build a wall with a couch cushion in order to deflect the draft. The floor didn’t feel clean and the microwave door had greasy prints on it. The tub is old and stained and there was no hairdryer. The small freezer in the refrigerator was thick with frost. I took several photos to provide proof that this hotel is not what it is advertised to be. The bedspread had stains on it. The television was difficult to operate.

Hotel room was in very poor condition... Bed covers was stained and had burn holes! You could hear every single thing the other room was saying and doing! Jet tub was in rough shape!

This hotel does NOT have an elevator. When we found out, we ask for help or something else, and were ignored. The room had ROACHES. We didn't notice until the morning. They were crawling around the shower and near the air conditioner. Bottom basement, when it comes to a hotel. I have stayed at many La Quinta hotels and they were very good. Wyndham should REMOVE their name from this hotel. Later the next day, we removed everything from our belongings and washed them and sprayed them. Again, if money is an issue, it was location for me, think twice.

Ceiling tiles in bath room connect with ceiling tiles in the hallway didn't like that. Very welcoming liked that.

Stopped for 1 night on drive from Fl back to Wisconsin. The room should not be rented out while remodeling, it was in roigh shape, lucky all we needed was a bed and a TV.

This was a quick pick in hotel selection for us at 12am. Come morning is when we noticed mold on the ceiling, a cockroach crawling up the side of the tub, floor had crumbs all over it, shower curtain and towels were stained. Definitely won’t be staying here again. :/

Hotel is being renovated.it really needs it.ourvroom looked like a haunted house, uneaven loose floorboards, torn curtains, patched walls. Hat hotels.com advised me of this,I'd have stayed elsewhere.it wasnt worth what I paid

Our group reserved two rooms to stay in, and they were clean at first glance, but one of the pull out couch mattresses had brown stains that even seeped through when we put blankets on them. In the morning when we were just waking up the housekeeping came into our room to change the trash and towels which was awkward. Also, they only gave us two towels per room so we were constantly requesting for more towels.

This property was under renovations which i did not know about til i checked in. There was roaches and bed bugs in the room.

Mildewed curtains which were torn and wouldn’t close, letting streetlight in all night. Lots of stains. Weak spot on floor near tub.

The outside of the hotel, lobby and hallways were in good condition. However, the rooms were not. The curtain valance was disgustingly dirty, the bed sheets had cigarette stains, there was an odor when you walked into the room and the room was just overall in poor condition.

Police, people yelling all hours. Bathroom wall was peeling away from studs. Dirty, floor very sticky. One of the worst I have ever stayed in. Left at 4am just to get out of there. Terrible experience.

First room was on first floor; it was dirty, with torn curtains that would not close to block people hanging around parking lot from looking in room. There was a bathtub right next to the bed. The floor was dirty and warped. Chair was torn and sofa cushions leaned forward so you could not sit on them.
We requested another room on 2nd floor but no elevator so we took another first floor room. This one was better but still not real nice. If we were not so tired from long drive we would have gone somewhere else.

It was very old and dirty , as soon as you walk into the lobby the furniture was stained and dirty I wouldn’t even let an animal sit on them that’s how bad it was . Then we went to the room that was worse there was only a commode o the bathroom and sink , no shower , just a jacuzzi tub next to the bed . I woul not dare sit on that disgusting tub . You should really check out the places where you are recommending , you reputation depends on it . I demand my money be refunded back to me immediately.

Stained, dirty furniture from lobby, dining area, and rooms. Couldn’t sell any of it in a garage sale. Indoor Pool inoperable. The whirlpool tub was in the bedroom. Had shower slider doors on it. The shower was in the tub, with about a 2 1/2ft side.
The floor was pitted under the vinyl planking, possibly for a drain, but it was in the hallway and unexpected.
Bathroom door was separated from the bottom. Poor caulking everywhere. Just Hobbes up.
Ceiling in dining room was previously damaged and poorly repaired.
We slept with a chair in front of the door. Heard car alarms go off, and prayed ours wasn’t broken into.
Sent La Quinta an email with pictures, and the manager called back and just said sorry.
Paid $115.00/night wouldn’t have paid $60.00 for this hotel.
Would like my Mo ey back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was fantastic! Close to everything we wanted or needed. Would love to stay here again next time we are in the area.
The shower/tub was in the bedroom, completely separate from the bathroom, which was very odd.

The hotel is horrible. I demand full refund . Door knobs broken,bathroom shower doors don’t close,rooms smell terrible, painters were painting the hall way with a strong paint/oil smell.
Cleaning lady came early banging on the door so hard like she’s using a metal pot. Their was no signs in the room to post on the door .

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
The location is fine. However, everything else was POOR. I would give it a 1 star. The room was dirty, bed was soft, shower was in the bedroom (terrible), drapes were dirty, holy & didn't open or close. There were no toiletries in room. Bathroom door needs to be repaired - we were in room 105) ON 4/1/2023.

If you like cleanliness this is not the place for you. There was hair all over the sheets and obviously had not been changed. The sink area had not been cleaned and there was stuff all over the floor of the room. Other rooms were sold out so we were given new linens for the bed. When we got back to the room there was a roach on the door.

Bedding had cigarette burns all over it. Pull out couch had bloodstains and crumbs everywhere. Shower was a trickle. Not worth the money.

Only stayed one night, the price was reasonable , everything else mediocre. No hair dryer in room and no staff at front desk at 6am . Location was in a very noisy and busy part of town .

I got to the room and my door had to be slammed for it to shut. There was a gap towards the bottom of the door and you could see the hallway floor.
The room felt dirty and wasn’t cleaned. The curtains smelt awful, the walls, bathroom door, and the tub was dirty.
Most hotels have the clean smell this room didn’t.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were okay.
The good is that the breakfast was really good and I definitely recommend the orange juice! Also, they give tiny Dove bars of soap and I loved that plus the dove shampoo. Dove is one of my favorite products.

We chose not to stay at LaQuinta asthere were anumber of homeless types lying,longing and milling about at entrance .Handicap request of ground floor room was 3rd floor one.Had utility trailer w many valuable items. No security!
