We stayed to go to the newport aquarium. we picked this hotel to use pool and spa but that night there was lot people in the spa and pool drinking beer and there was beer cans allover the pool area we decided to swim in the morning when there was less people and the pool was dirty. other than that the hotel stay was wonderful and clean (except for the pool)

The room was very nice. But beds were very firm and its very loud next to the freeway. The pool area needs to be deep cleaned badly. Breakfast was great!

An econo hotel at a mid-range price. The room and property were clean. The staff was pleasant. The room and entire building was extremely shabby. I would have expected it to be about half the price for the poor condition. The walls, etc. were also very thin. I haven't had an experience like this in a very long time. I'm shocked that it had higher ratings.

The light just inside the door wasn’t operating properly, the TV was not operating properly, the cooling and heating unit wasn’t operating properly, the locking mechanism on the bathroom was broken, water stains on the walls in the bathroom, parking was subpar. We stayed at several Laquita’s the last 5 weeks and this was subpar at best.

Stayed for one night as passing through. Staff was very friendly, whole place was nice & clean. Pool was open late which made my kids very happy. Beds also very comfy. Overall very happy with this location.

Unfortunately, my granddaughter was sick while we were there in one of the beds. The 3rd shift front desk representative was extremely rude to me regarding this situation. I have worked in hospitality for 20 years and never would have treated someone the way this young lady treated me, especially over a 6 year old child being sick. I was also trying to be helpful by rinsing all the affected bedding out because this enployee wanted me to just put the soiled bedding in the hallway withoutdoing anything to it. In my opinion, this would have emitted a very unpleasant odor to other guests in the hotel. When I tried to talk to the clerk, she would tell me to "stop talking" and to "go away". I was shocked ar the level of disrespect and disregard this desk clerk had for the entire situation. She has no place whatsoever in hospitality. Then, to top it all off, I was charged for the soiled bedding, even though I spent over an hour at 12:00 am trying to do my best to at least keep the room and the hallway from an unpleasant odor.

Room and bathrooms are clean and have been upgraded. Beds were comfort and clean. Newer TV with direct TV. Refrigerator in room. Showers upgraded. Checkin was pleasant. Lobby had coffee and tea available. Pool and hot tub were good and open late. Weight room with treadmills. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffle maker and assorted pastries. Dog friendly. Located by many good restaurants.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Everything was out so we just had some muffins. The hot tub was overflowing with 6yr olds in snorkel gear. Not relaxing at all

Breakfast was dismal. No yogurt and coffee had no flavour. Not impressed by being located next to screaming kids next to the pool. Handy cap shower flooded the bathroom. Adjoining room was too noisy. Staff at desk were good on arrival.

The only reason i don’t give it 5 stars is because the keys stopped working many times and the breakfast could improve a little. Overall everything was great

The room for our stay was good. Continental breakfast was average. Hot tub and pool were great. HOWEVER, Day 3 my children developed chemical burn rashes from having too much chlorine/chemicals in the pool. Staff said it was shocked that morning. Pool was never shut down for this.

The room was clean it was quiet, the pool was very small but nice, breakfast was hot they kept it very stocked. My only complaint was our bathroom door was broken the paint on the door was all scratched and the paint touch up “job” across from the bathroom wasn’t even the same color. However I would definitely recommend this hotel and I’ll definitely go be back.

First, our room keys would not open the door, had to go back down to the front desk to get the keys reprogrammed. The toilet was not fastened securely to the floor, it rocked when someone sat on it. The TV did not work, the HDMI cable was not even plugged into the TV. We were never able to watch TV. The wall thermostat did not control the heat/cool unit. The room was 81 degrees and we cooked until we found that we had to adjust temp on the heat/cool itself.

The room was a double room. The TV in the living/kitchen room was broken. The room wasn't very clean. The toilet kept running all night. Trash in the elevator. The pool was nice.

This was a perfect hotel for our needs. Nathan at the front desk was AWESOME and super helpful. We had a very eventful day leading up to our stay at this hotel and staying here was the bright spot of our whole day. They were accommodating and the room was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!!

This is a nice hotel. It appears to be relatively new, has been well-cared for and based on a full parking lot is popular. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything worked as expected. Liked the walk-in shower vs. the in-tub shower. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room not on the I75 side - traffic noise is consistent throughout the night and kept waking 1 of us up. The breakfast was pretty basic and could be improved - sausages were swimming in grease, eggs were watery, limited offering of some items. Not a "wow" but a good place to stay and would stay again.

We had several hairs and stains on both bed sheets when we pulled back the comforter when we checked in. They came and inspected and agreed then changed the sheets.

The hotel is very clean the bed was coming. It was an easy drive back and forth to the Cincinnati airport. We didn't even have to get on the interstate.
There's tons of restaurants and shopping in the area which made our evening there enjoyable.
It had a better than average breakfast available the next morning before we headed back to the airport to catch our flight.

Good things…clean and nicely laid out. Coffee was great.
Not so great…bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were either a brick or a ball of mush.
When checking out, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When someone finally came out of the back area, I handed the key cards and said we were checking out. The employee just said “okay”. He was obviously disinterested in talking with me
