The hotel was clean and quiet but there was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the dispensers. Good thing I always bring extra.

Other than two fat Canadian women hogging the hot tub below us it was great.

Had two rooms. Both were showing age and run done, as was the common areas. Poor wall patches, electrical outlet not properly secured. Stains on ceiling in room.

Well the lady at desk was rude at check in. The one that worked that night was very nice. But we ended switching rooms do to really bad weed smell in room coming threw the vents. The lady at desk was ver helpful moving us rooms. But would have also liked a free room due to smell making us both sick.

We liked our night in this extraordinary hotel! The kids were thrilled about all the cool things they saw! Everything had opened until 11pm which helped the kids to get a chance to use the pool and hot tubs. Overall it was very clean and nice!
The only “bad” thing was the young receptionist who wasn’t very friendly to us.

Room was nice but the recliner back was broken could not use the recliner

Cleanliness in the room was poor. Vents had dust bunnies, window sills rotten with mould

Turns out we went during a local hockey tourney. The kids running down the halls and knocking on door then running away wasn’t what I was expecting for a couples getaway.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property and the room was very clean. There were a lot of breakfast options which are included with every reservation.
While the rooms are clean and large, they are very outdated (beds, furniture, bathrooms, carpet) and need a renovation. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear everything in neighboring rooms. Hotel room doors also slam closed, so it is difficult to sleep when the hotel is busy.

I like the “homey” atmosphere of the property. I appreciated the professional and helpful attitude of the staff. I definitely want to come again.

Rooms were average in cleanliness. No housekeeping services. On last day housekeeping came by 2x despite us telling them we were not checking out before noon. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everyone in hallways and next room over. Hot tubs were dirty and unappealing to use. Hotel needs a make over. Front desk staff were okay but not overly friendly. Did not even ask how stay was upon check out. Disappointed overall. Would likely consider other options if returning to grand forks for a mini holiday.

First time staying there with my family and I thought it was a great hotel. Clean, breakfast was pretty decent. 5 hot tubs, a pool and a beautiful concourse to hang out in if you don’t want to be stuck in your room. Beds aren’t the comfiest though.

Our absolute favourite hotel in Grand Forks! The best part is the fish, and the multiple hot tubs.
However, this was our first stay with our son and not having an elevator with a car seat, stroller and luggage was really a pain!

We had bad weather coming in early to the hotel and they had troubles with staff making it in on time but they got us in early, gave us a coupon for Texas Roadhouse and when we left told us to drive safely on way back. Room was in excellent condition. Only thing that could have been better would be fully stocked items in shower. Bath wash and shampoo were both about out.

The idea of 5 hot tubs was compelling to stay. The pictures of stellar cleanliness is not a fact. Their facilities garbages were full. There were no towels around the hot tubs. The staff acted inconvenienced when requests were made. Also the pillows were hard and small. We will not stay there again.

Good location

Location was good with access to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and average condition with a tear in the desk chair and water damage to the bathroom door. Chair in the pool area was broken and almost flipped me out. Breakfast was okay.

I do not recommend this hotel. Megan was not friendly when checking in. She told me my room location couldn't be moved because we booked through a 3rd party AND there was NO housekeeping for the 4 days of our stay. In addition, there was NO phone in the room to place a call to housekeeping for some more towels. There is mold growing in the hotel room which made us all sick. After the unpleasant check-in with zero attention to customer service I HIGHLY recommend staying at another hotel in the area.

Property was nice, tv in room not hooked up properly, smaller tv sitting in front of bigger tv, could not turn the heat up.

Some hot tubs not working, poor customer service by evening staff, fridge unplugged, no phone in room, comfortable beds, nice courtyard.

Rooms are getting a little too worn - time for some renovations and new furniture. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options. Very nice staff.

This hotel is so close to both restaurants and shopping. Hotel is doing room refurbishment but you wouldn’t know it. Very quiet. Our room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Will stay there again

Very rude. I just had surgery and its hard to do stairs, i asked for bottom floor cause no elevator and she rudely said no, you booked online. I said i would pay the difference and she said no.

Check in was good and quick. The property appeared to be clean and well kept. An update on certain things like carpeting would be nice. Our only complaint was that there was no shower curtain and all the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty.
