Ac never got cold at all we left the hotel no one did anything about it. They don’t change you rooms it was 11 PM had to pack up my kids and go elsewhere

Our stay went well. Check in was easy, gentleman was friendly and helpful. TV remote wasn't working, found out it was because the power cord was missing, Desk clerk fixed it right away. Remote worked for about 10 minutes and then quit working. I just unplugged the tv to turn it off. I did not notify the desk clerk, it was a goof excuse to just go to sleep. The maid was very kind and helpful in the morning, breakfast was about average, not as many choices as some, more than others... We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the room while we were there, would stay again.

The hotel is ok I guess, but it is very old, you can notice in the furniture, doors, bad towels quality, the air conditioner didn't work properly. I wouldn't stay here again.

other then the fact the hotel was convenient to our reason for being in McAllen, the hotel needed some serious upgrades. Entry keypad and keys were awful, had my entry cards recalibrated at least 7 times during our two night stay. The faucet to shower/ tub did not work properly could not get hot water.

Everything is old and in bad conditions. Carpet feels dirty, smells bad, tv is from 20 years ago, remote doesn’t work, bathroom is in bad conditions, shower is the worst part, the floor looks like never been cleaned.

There was a loud party on Saturday night until around 3 am and the staff did not answer the front office phone. It was very inconvenient and awful. Could
Not sleep. There were cockroaches in the bath tub and bathroom. Walls are falling apart from water damage. Cleaning crew took shower curtain away and didn’t replace. Overall a bad experience.

Overall bad experience. No one at front desk to check in. No extra towels. No answer at front desk when someone in one of the rooms across from us was screaming like she was being beat up. Called multiple times and front desk would answer and hang up. Cops ended up coming. All in the middle of the night with no help from hotel staff. Also old and has a smell.

We were pressed for time in looking for two rooms to stay. We went online and booked two rooms at this location at around 5pm. The check-in process was quick and easy. The rooms were clean with plenty of space.

This is our 4th tine staying at this La Quinta location. Its close to family and hotel rooms are always clean with comfortable beds.

Hotel was very comfortable and location was very easy to access. Very happy with the value of the hotel.

In the 1st room the shower didn't work. Once they did change our room, it felt out of date. Some of the light switches were broken, the tv was broken still worked but there was a line down the middle, the tv remote didnt work either. My advice to the owners , spend some money on remodeling and updating the botel
