The hotel staff at check-in was very nice. We arrived late so we basically went in and went to bed. The next mornings we noticed the room was filthy. The microwave had a mess inside it and around the outside of it. The bathroom was not clean, the tile floor looked to have not been mopped.

Staff were nice and helpful. Lia was solid in booking me.
The hotel had an issue on the booking end but they sorted it out and assisted me well. Really appreciated that versus the standard corporate stance of “there’s nothing we can do”.

Great place to stay clean and quiet.

The first room we checked into had a nonfunctioning toilet, but the front desk was able to move us to a different room. We stayed for only one night but the room was fine. Some of our towels were dingy and stained, even though they smelled clean.The chocolate milk at breakfast was spoiled even though it was in date, but the coffee was very good. The staff was very polite.

The area around the hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. The room was clean. I have no complaints.

Such a great value. The rooms were very clean with a nice amount of space and very comfortable. Staff was great, coffee is amazing and breakfast was good. The computers and printer provided did not work easily and no one knew how to get to work. Manager disappeared when we were trying to get help. This is the one time I actually needed to use this feature and I got it solved on my own but a bit disappointed that no one knew anything.

The Hotel need an upgrade, nothing really special about it but carpet need to be changed it’s just old and the bathroom is almost terrible if I can say , the toilet bowl has a lot of brown spots maybe the water around the area isn’t really good, not sure, we only stay one night.

Pillows and Jennifer made sure we got them back. She went out of her way to get them to us!!

Dirty rag in shower. Empty soap dispensers. Dirty toilet. Broken toilet seat. Broken electric shades.

The staff was great. They were all eager to do what was needed. Jennifer at the front desk was particularly helpful. We loved Debra in food services. We had breakfast there every morning.

We booked a 2 queen room and got to room and was a king and all other rooms were booked so had to get a uncomfortable rolling bed to sleep on. Everything else was good except for that.

Nice clean room, very quiet, lots of little extras such as shampoo and conditioner. A coffee pot with K Cups. The only problem was the tv was set on a low volume that we could not turn up. Breakfast wsd good. We visited with family for one night.

It was okay, the beds were comfortable, and it was clean but they need to invest in new towels.

We arrived late and checked easily. Breakfast was not great. Orange juice tasted spoiled. Hotel had a slight mildew smell in breakfast area and in room the morning we left. Bed had a stain on right side.
Hotel seemed clean, other than that, and staff was friendly.

The hotel checked us into a room with a known A/C issue. When we addressed it with the front desk, they would not move us. Our room was cancelled.

I reserved a King Suite w/jacuzzi tub as indicated by their website and got stuck with a STANDARD QUEEN (2 beds) room. Note that I PAID for the KING SUITE, but only got a standard room. When staff was notified, they did not seem all that concerned, And told me I had to complain to Expedia.

The AC wouldn’t work in our room properly, it wouldn’t cool off at all so we slept very uncomfortably and didn’t get much sleep at all. Definitely worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn Express.

My mom’s AC went out so we booked a room here. They would not allow us to check in because they do not allow locals to stay here. Said locals have caused too many issues in the past. My 75 year old mother is not a trouble maker. No more IHG properties for me. Totally ridiculous.

The staff we met were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and well stocked, coffee was plentiful and fresh. Extra points for a TV in the lobby that NEVER played FOX News! So rare in this part of the world, and so appreciated! Everything was super clean. We did let the staff know that the sink in our bathroom drained slowly...it wasn't that big of a deal to us, we just wanted to be sure they knew. This is a good hotel and we would stay there again.
