Was in our room for less than a minute and we’re covered up to our knees in fleas!!!! The carpets are infested with fleas that attacked us immediately when we entered the room. I have never been so disgusted with a motel in my life. To top it off, the owner showed to concern when we brought this to his attention and asked for a refund.

This was a nice motel to stay in. Young man who checked us in was friendly and personable. Property was clean and close to downtown area.

We were very happy with our room. It was very clean & spacious. My only complaint is the parking lot. It is very hard to move a one ton dually without hitting another vehicle.

This is our third time to stay here, and we will be back. The carpet is old and the bathroom floor sticky, but overall it’s a great value for the price. Bed is comfy, roomy space and freezer on refrigerator! Breakfast is just adequate, nothing special. I wish they would provide tea bags.

Easy check in. Room clean & roomy. Full fridge in room w basket of peanuts/water for guests. Bed comfortable. A/C cooling but not sure how it would hold up in mid August. But for one night, it’s great!

Amazing! Five stars across the board. The absolute nicest family who go over and beyond for their guests. Great location, convenient and the very BEST Brenham has to offer. We will definitely be back!!!

When I pulled up to the motel, I thought I had made a mistake in booking there. The outside looked pretty dated but I remembered the good reviews. When I entered the room, it was clean, had bottled water, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, coffee maker, coffee, hairdryer, shampoo, mouthwash, and toothbrush. Everything worked, shower had hot water, good water pressure, a bathroom fan, cold ac, and a comfortable bed. I was very pleased with the motel for an overnight stay and would stay there again!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and roomy. The bathroom met our needs and was well supplied. The Couch Light met our needs for this business trip.

I was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room, because it was so cheap. It was clean, had been refreshed recently with updates. I was a bit disappointed in the breakfast but it was something to eat that we didn't have to go somewhere else to buy.

Could hear every step upstairs guest made on our bottom floor room and the cars right outside our room. The room was clean but there was a stain on the bedspread. Room needs some updating but otherwise it was fine for our needs.

Pleasantly surprised by this wonderful motor hotel. Check-in was super fast and I have lots of praise for the wonderful gentleman that checked me in, he was extremely courteous and helpful. Since this is an older hotel I had relatively low expectations but to my surprise the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table and gi-normous tv. It's also so nice to be able to park in front of your room. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

I was shocked at how cute and cozy this motel was. It is very clean and the staff is super friendly. They had a couple of waters and snacks for us. They are off the main drag, so I hope they get lots of business through here. We will definitely stay there again as the price was right, and it was such an awesome experience!

In town for a short job and needed something quickly that didn’t break the bank. Major 60’s or 70’s vibes. Very clean. Kitchenette with a huge sink and fridge. Comfortable bed. Didn’t have to ask for more towels either. 10 out of 10 for value!
