Staff came off very nonchalant not very welcoming. Housekeeping is more friendly. 2nd floor hallway looks very dim and unfinished when you first get off elevator. Hotel overall has an older feel. Other than that my only other complaint is the bedding.. there were tears in the sheets and the bed itself was very uncomfortable compared to another hotel in the area. Overall decent for the price. Breakfast is OK.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and the rooms were nice and comfortable. Spacious seating with a desk, fridge and microwave. The staff were professional and friendly. My only issue was the AC/Heating Unit was very loud. Every time it kicked it i was awakened out my sleep. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was good with our stay. The only negative that stood out was the black mold on the bath tub edges of room 208. This should be corrected by the personnel at the location.

I had an family emergency and had tobdeoart sooner , hotel refuaed tobredynd my balance due to something that happend with a previous customer, not my problem . Very insensitive would not stay again. Shower was nice, hotel could use some updating

No one was at desk at check in said call a phone number and it was the number at the Desk no one was at! Horrible after long road trip to have no one attending. Hotel is so loud

Convent to highway, clean and comfortable. Excellent service at front desk. Pool was not open but I was only staying one night. Breakfast was satisfactory, pretty much like any other hotel.

The pool is advertised but closed since a longer period, the sheet that tells you looks old. Our shower was falling apart and you could see the mold was covered with wallpaper.

Smell of marijuana immediately upon entering/leaving the building. Seemed it came from the little cabana out front. Musty smell inside the building, though seemed to be clean. All staff helpful and friendly. Soda machine on third floor would not take enough bills to pay (2 of three). Also suggest fixing the pool or closing it -- have seen this notice over six months of stays.

It's definitely a middle of the road hotel. no frill there. Breakfast was very meh! Packet oatmeal was stale, bathrooms are also meh. Like I said, no thrills but a clean space to spend the night.

I wouldn’t have any complaints if the cleaning person didn’t had forgot the durty towels at the bathroom floor, I think they forget the towels that they use to clean the room at the bathroom,

Staff was great ... other clients staying at the hotel were loud late at night. Two Roads Brewery is within walking distance and is great ... Blue Sky Diner is a 4min drive and is also great.

When I arrived, I was early and was told the rooms was still being prepared. Upon waiting in the lobby with my luggage a customer complained about the pool not being available, but was informed on the phone that it was. The customer even provided the phone number which was the same as the property. Also the front desk person asked for my credit card and swiped it behind the desk, then disappeared with my card. Upon returning, he gave the card back and then wanted me to swipe it on another device which I refused. Staff does not come across as trustworthy. Construction was taking place outside the property which presented a challenge leaving. A nice property but managed VERY POORLY!
