The room itself was very nice and clean. So that was very appreciative. I had to make a few trips to the front desk and each time the employees had friends there having talks. It was rather hard to felt seen as someone who needed help/service.

I wish I read the reviews before I booked the room. Whole building smelled funky. I bought vent clip air fresheners to put on the air conditioner so my room didn’t smell as bad. Bathroom door frame was split from someone kicking the door in, so it obviously didn’t close and lock, but I was by myself so wasn’t a problem. Someone must’ve vomited in the toilet right before they checked out because it was still there when I checked in making me question if any cleaning staff was in there between me and the last person to stay. It was there long enough that it left a nasty ring in the toilet which only made me want to vomit. I actually just grabbed my air mattress from my storage unit nearby and slept on that because I didn’t want to even touch the bed. If you’re broke and desperate enough like I was and can ignore how foul the room is, then you’ll be fine, maybe. Otherwise, spend an extra few bucks a night and avoid this place at all cost.

Didn't stay. My reservation was canceled and no one notified me. Got to the hotel and there were 5 police cars outside. Saw police exit with one person in custody. Called hotel and was told my reservation was canceled. Glad it was. There were people doing drugs and homeless all around the building.

After work, tired and exhausted, and spending far too much time booking a room, I went to the hotel and learned no rooms were available. Another 30 minutes on the phone as Hotels played phone tag with the receptionist and myself. Eventually I was referred to another hotel. They required a $100 deposit.
This fiasco took @ 4 hours. At 10 pm I finally walked into a room.

I booked this room not realizing that you were supposed to schedule a late check in so I had to call the number on the door to get help. The manager was very nice. The place smelled like weed and was not very clean. The cops showed up more than once and there was a lot of banging on doors. It was very noisy. I guess I got what I paid for.

They didn't even have a room. They weren't even open. At the time I was supposed to be able to go there and check in the room. They were supposed to have for me. Was not available and so I had to sleep in my car and then find a room in another horrible hotel. The next day. Don't know if I trust hotels.com to find me anything anymore?

Staff was extremely rude. Room key wouldn’t work and called the after hours service number and a lady came out and basically told me it was my fault and complained how i disturbed her sleep. Bedding was stained and stains all over bathroom wall and door.

We booked this hotel for a funeral since it was decently priced.The night we came into town, there were 3 police officers attempting to remove someone from the premises. We paid extra for an remodeled room. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges, the extra security lock on the door was coming unscrewed, the bathroom was dirty(door, walls, floor) you couldn't walk barefoot or your feet turned black (which means it was never cleaned) the constant noise from the people above us, dogs barking in the hallways and the traffic of people in and out all night. No one was ever at the desk when you needed to talk to them.

Staff is exceptional here. All easy to talk to and make the experience seemless when checking in and extending. They even give you a courtesy call an hour ahead of checkout/renewal time in case you happen to have slept in☺️

I went down to the desk because they wouldn’t answer my calls, My key wasn’t working and I had a lot of stuff to bring in, so I had to get someone to watch my stuff and run down to the desk and the person wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was there and then because I was tapping on the desk she said that I was rude and mean!! For one thing the key should always work and then to not even answer the phone or at least acknowledge that I’m there and waiting, was just the perfect way to greet someone, I’m so glad I’m going to be leaving in the morning and will not be back ever!!!

They didn’t accept temporary driver’s license which I had no way of knowing from your website so having prepaid the room, I would be out the 2 night fee if you don’t take responsibility and refund me that amount. The temporary license was issued by my State DMV just a few days before I arrived as my license was about to expire.
Please refund to my credit card.

The lady that checked me in was awesome. I came in after hours and she was completely understanding and accommodating. Now the other hand when I went to extend my stay and had it booked thru hotels.com the guy working the I was short and rude. Agreed with me about the room I was booked for then checked me out without letting me know. Supposedly fixed it to ten charge me more to earn the booking was so I had to get another card and when I went to pay for it it was then way less. The receipt he gave me was the wrong days

I've been living in hotels for the last 6 months and this is the first one that was comfortable. Best hotel, lots of room, can't say enough!

Stayed multiple times for work, first couple were just ok but last one was terrible. The back door wouldn't lock, the staff was rude and refused to assist with needed items like towels, room was dirty-ish and the bed was a makeshift bed that was as hard as a rock!

The floor was filthy, but otherwise the room was ok. There were noisy people almost all night, and our purpose for staying was to be ready for a child psychology appointment nearby in the morning, so it was not super helpful to have people talking loudly and playing a guitar all night. I don't think there was a night desk employee and there were a bunch of contractor trucks in the parking lot. They also wanted my wife's ID when I checked in because they don't allow guests from their zip code or the surrounding ones. The desk clerk at check-in was personable.

Front desk staf was extremely rude, not just to me, to EVERYONE, with me, very argumentative and juvenile in witnessed interactions with multiple people, on different days. The person just acts like they hate their job, don’t want to be there, and f you for being the one standing there needing assistance.

Kendra is such a big help! She's great! Robin anf Maintenance are great but Management isn't very friendly! The property smells and they dont clean your room if you stay over a week. They say the property is non smoking but it smells like cigarettes! The beds pillows and blankets are awful so be prepared to bring your own!

I booked the stay just before midnight, Dec 4th, 2023.
After I allowed app to determine my location, I completed the booking.
The booking sent me to a site different than where I was in the Motel 6 lobby.
I asked the clerk to cancel. She was unable.
I decided to honor the Arvada booking & departed for the location.
Enroute, the Arvada location called, verified my zip code and said it would not honor the booking.
The Arvada clerk said he would cancel the booking.
Booking posted to my CC account & I filed a dispute of the booking charge on 11-9-2023.

The manager was rude, not in the area so I called the number that was left at the desk. She was rude put her hand up to me when I said oh it’s me calling, and said “ I know, I don’t have time for this!” As well as several days before that. I had a reservation at the same hotel, tried to check in and no one ever answered it was after midnight our flight just got in. So luckily my SIL already had a room and flew in before us. We all had to pile in her room! Don’t recommend this place ever, the restrooms were so dirty, like if they had not been cleaned in months.

I actually didn't even stay here. I checked in walked up to the room and turned around and headed to the front desk to turn in my key. I had $10k of gear in the cab of my truck and with what appeared to be questionable people all over the property and most looked strung out on drugs and others smoking Marijuana on the property. I have experience dealing with people that are strung out and/or suffering from mental health issues. I did not feel safe at this property and would rather sleep in my truck then to risk sleeping here. I received no refund in which when I booked it hours before I knew that. I told the representative to give my room to someone else. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone other that homeless that have a voucher for a night stay as this appears to be a facility that offers that. UNSAFE PROPERTY.
