The room was ok and relatively clean. It was just old. There were no outlets or usb outlets next to the bed. I had to find an outlet in the wall behind the bedside table to plug my phone charger into. There were holes in the sheer curtain over the window, and the blackout shade didn't entirely cover the window. The bathroom lights would dim randomly. Overall is was sufficient for a one night stay, but I probably will not return to this hotel.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great trip. I took my kids there for spring break to swim and to use the hot tub. The hot tub was barely warm. We did let the front desk know several times and they said that they reset the heaters, but the hot tub never got hot. That was one of the main reasons we went there. I did try to get a refund or credit, but was denied. The room was clean, but the rugs were damp, assuming from pool water from the previous guest. I won’t be staying here again.

Air conditioner didn’t work called front desk was told there was nothing they could do for me it was so stuffy in my room hard to sleep but aside from that it was alright

Nice woman at check in, affordable and adequate place to stay. A little dated and definitely needs new carpet everywhere, not cleaned, but new.

Overall it was fine. Gym was tiny. My bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and they fixed it with screws all over the door. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. It was quiet and comfortable so it was fine. Not a place I would stay again for the price.

Breakfast was not good! It got one of my kids sick! The hot tub was ice cold and couldn’t enjoy it! Won’t be staying here again!

It was a lovely stay! The breakfast was amazing. We stayed two nights and I wasn’t expecting breakfast to be different the second day but it was and I was happy about that. The room was very clean. The housekeeping was very friendly along with the front desk staff. The hot tub was nice. The chemicals are a little strong but I guess you can expect that in a public pool. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Bed are comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, location was great, breakfast was good. No room services unless your staying more then 3 days, not necessarily a big deal for me but would have been nice to have an option. We stayed 3 nights and having to go to the front desk every time we needed TP or a trash bag was inconvenient.

It was fine i guess. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. She stopped me in the hallway right after i checked in and asked me to please keep an eye on my kids so they dont disturb other guests. Also asked me to make sure they're not running in the hallways. Just put me off.

It was a good stay, except there wasn’t enough lighting when taking a shower in the tub. The water felt too soft, once I rinsed off the soap my hands still felt like it still had soap on them.

It was very close to where we needed to be! However, I drove by the first time as I was not familiar with the area and the sign was poorly lit. And garbage pickup at 6am on a Saturday made for an unfortunate early wake up time.

Super nice staff! Very clean, Comfy bed, And our room had a Jacuzzi tub which was a really nice surprise (especially after driving 12 hours)! We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay on my way out of Chicago. Clean, quiet. Safe, easy free parking. I thought the bedding might be a little dusty because I sneezed a lot but could be the time of year. The room was definitely v clean. Breakfast had lots of choices, including more than one type of fresh fruit! That is rare these days.

The staff at this hotel are excellent, very friendly and efficient, including the breakfast buffet lady who came to each table to be sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless.

Entire place smelled like chlorine. All drains, bathtub and sinks all clogged. Disgusting floors. Just overall gross. Wouldn’t stay there again. However the beds were comfortable and the staff was very kind.

The room was pretty clean and pretty comfortable (the down pillows were a bit lumpy.) It's right next to a DQ and relatively close to train tracks (though not shaky-close) but it's pretty central, reasonably priced and clean. Breakfast was good too.

My 2 night stay was good, the woman at the front desk was so great, she had a beautiful and welcoming smile and was very helpful! I was there on a medical travel assignment as a Respiratory Therapist, she remembered that I mentioned that and greeted me with that great smile when I got in every morning. She also informed me that they offered a discount for medical professionals that would benefit me for any future stays so I will be back!
