The staff were friendly and nice. The towels and linens were clean but still dingy.

This was definitely a comfort suite that has potential, but it needs to be tended to. When we first arrived at the hotel, we noticed that the grass and bushes in front of the hotel was growing everywhere. There has been no spring cleaning on the outside at all the hotel lobby was very pretty. The side door had to be propped open because we could not use our key to get in. It was broken. The rooms and stuff were nice as well but the bed need to be addressed two of the rooms that I had the bed sunk in the middle so we kinda rolled to the middle of the bed. My carpet had a stain on the floor. The towels and comforters for pullout sofas were out. The staff was very nice, but they definitely need to have a meeting to discuss things that are broken and it would be a great hotel.

There was no front desk employee. I waited 30 minutes to get into a room.

The first room they put us in had dirty sheets, no towels and the bathroom had been used.

The staff of the hotel was great! Friendly and accomodating! We arrived late and our key didn't work so they had to move us to a different room. We didn't mind, but it was late and we were tired, so that was a bit frustrating. We ended up having to get new keys multiple times over our four day stay. The halls were not air conditioned and it was steaming hot in there, so that wasn't the most comfortable. The room was nice because it had two queen/double beds and a pull out sleeper sofa. One bed had a dip in the middle, but I like to cuddle, so I guess that wasn't so bad, but they could stand to get a new mattress. The other bed was great! I had to call the front desk because they had to do an override in order for our room to go below 70 degrees. We like it cold when we sleep! There was a dirty ring stained in the toilet, the floor needed to be swept, and there was a stain on the comforter. These were minor things because they were stains not actual dirt that hadn't been cleaned, I would have moved rooms again, but you could tell it had at least been cleaned. If the hotel was updated and the stains were taken care of, this overall would have been an excellent stay. I just downgraded it a step because of the hassle with the room keys and the stains.

We had an issue with the card access door lock, but the staff was attentive and helpful.

Horrible stay! Room not clean, linen soiled at check in. Front desk person was very rude and would not give extra towels! Stains in the carpet and restrooms floor !!! Do not stay at this property. They lied and said I would be refunded still have not been paid back for the inconvenience and uncomfortable experience due to lack of service

The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and quiet.

Comfortable beds, quiet and staff was kind and professional. Expedia didn't book me correctly, but I had my email from Expedia and showed staff and they quickly accommodated me without any hassle and I appreciated that.

Air conditioner did not work at all. The room was hot and I was uncomfortable my entire stay

The food was not the greatest. We got a king suite and we didn't get the blankets and all for the sofa sleeper until 10pm. The room could have been cleaned more.

Always work for me when I’m in town

Individual working the desk at check-in was rude. When I asked questions regarding charges that were not included on the website, she literally told me" you have an attitude, so I'll show you. I"m charging you a larger amount for incidentals. " She had already MADE A COPY OF MY credit Card, she stated because the system us down. At check out no one was at the front desk, as I wanted to report the incident - from check in. There was only a cleaning lady near the desk. She was kind. Told me the manager ( person supposed to work the desk) wasn't there.

Grass needs cutting, no lighted sign to see from rd.

The staff were very friendly. However, the bed was terrible! The center of the mattress was very broke in. You lay down and roll to the center! Definitely need to purchase new mattresses. There was a stain on the carpet. Bathroom could use some repairs to the wall.

Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff is super friendly. Looks just like it does on site.

We had a few issues with our room. Water went out for a while, TV wasn't working (they did repair), no mini fridge, hotel phone not connected, USB ports in room didn't all work.

Good experience. The lady that took care of me was very sweet and helpful. Her name I think was Yvette.

Our check in was not good. We were assigned a room only to get in and unpacked and told we had to move. Theyd given us someone elses room. The room they gave us was freezing and wouldn't warm up all night. Breakfast was blah. The coffee, eggs and sausage were all cold. Overall, in wasn't woth the money!! 😞

Staff was great and extremely friendly. Loved the breakfast, lots of choices. The room was well equipped. Nice kitchenette and sitting area. My only complaint would be they need to redo the showers. The showerhead was barely spitting out water and the shower floors need anti slip, as I had to be extremely careful not to slip and my elderly aunt did fall and hurt herself in the shower due to slipping. My dad ended up putting the towel bath mat inside the shower to prevent from happening again.

Property there was crack between bath tub and the wall. could have caulking and made it more cleaner.

The hotel is old and the staff are not friendly. You get what you paid for. But I am disappointed that Wifi did not work. We called the front desk several times. But no one responded.

The only that keeps me from giving an excellent for whole stay is that bed was just ok. Everything else was excellent.

All good clean and reasonable

Half the breakfast items were out. Coffee very weak, no creamers, no water in the fitness center, hotel mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the 8/ very good rating

The room was old and needs to be remodeled the tub was gross looking and toilet had a dirty ring around it. For breakfast they didn’t have milk for cereal. The room had a funky smell. The sheets smelled old and like a burnt iron. I will not stay here again.

1980’s bathroom fixtures, shower/tub enclosure…etc drain for shower was almost stopped up. Took a shower in 6” of water. Tv didn’t work properly! Bed was “well worn”! All in all, for amount paid, was just about what I expected. There were hardly any rooms to be found in Alexandria, La that night, so we were glad to have it!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was not properly cleaned and the over night receptionist was not nice. No accommodations were made. All 3 rooms that my family stayed in were not clean. You can’t receive new towels unless you turn all your dirty towel in. Toilet bowl nasty, shower head broken, stained sheets and carpet
