Overall the stay was good. The service at the restaurant was very good and the front desk staff was friendly and always greeted you. I had a room beside the elevator, so it was a little bit annoying hearing the buzz every time it was in use. The hotel is a 5 min drive to restaurants and shopping center and close to walking trail.

Way too expensive. I normally wouldn’t leave a negative review but the price was too much. Also, it was noisy.
Bed was super comfy though and room was very clean.

Very happy to have been placed with 90% of our hockey team all together. Our stay was quite enjoyable. Was happy with the fitness facility. Note: The chlorine levels seemed a bit high and the pool area could be ventilated a bit better. Otherwise a super stay!

Excellent from check in to check out. Fast friendly service in all areas! The pool, splash area , water slide were incredible! With fresh towels always stocked and quickly replenished so no need to bring your own down from the room! 10/10 best pool area I've ever seen at a hotel! Rooms were beautiful & spotless. Also, the buffet breakfast was PERFECT. Staff are amazing at their jobs, professional and very organized. We will definitely return on our next trip!

Restaurant was not open. There was no room service. Air conditioner was difficult to regulate. Not much effort to accommodate guests over and above providing a room.

The stay was great. The business meeting I attended was in one of their large rooms was good. One complaint was part of the carpet was apart and was creating a trip hazard around the chairs in the big meeting room.
The lunch they provided was good at the meeting. Staff was very nice.

Our stay was nice. They were pressure washing the outside of the building and painting. It wasn't as quiet as it normally is but all in all it was a relaxing stay.
Some channels on the TV had no sound. We didn't inquire about them at this time.

We had a good stay. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. One down side was there was a party of some sort while we were there. We couldn’t find parking when we came back from shopping at 930 at night. We had to wait for people from the party to leave. Also a lot of noise until 5 am in the hallway due to said party. Not the hotels fault I guess but unfortunate.
Otherwise, it was clean, the breakfast was good and service was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western, the staff were all super nice and very accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Id recommend it to anyone..especially if you enjoy a good swim..the pool and slide are great

The building is noisy - the fan in the room, the waterslide in the pool, the music in the breakfast room- all work to create a droning, and disagreeable, background noise.
In the room the glasses are plastic, the coffee cups paper. So too only paper coffee cups are available at the breakfast buffet, in spite of the fact that the restaurant has 'real' cups in the evening.

It was a great place to stay ...close to dartmouth crossing and costco shopping ...the food right there at the hotel was fabulous as was the friendly ...happy waitress!!

This property was convenient for us who had not been to Dartmouth. Reception was wonderful. Restaurant was good with lovely ladies looking after us. We will definately be back.
