Helpful staff with a good commend of English No pillow choice, just foam rubber bolsters and very small bathrooms with undecorated ceilings. Restricted pool hours.

We have been there three times now and every time it’s been fantastic. The staff are legends! The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and the Pine Walk. Shops are close and plenty to choose from as are restaurants but the food at MarSenses is varied and plentiful. Try some Mallorcian wine whilst you’re they? Once again the staff couldn’t be more friendly and happy to see you

The hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Very close to the the beach, restaurants, shops, public transport etc. The buffet style food was varied and excellent, the staff all helpful and friendly. We went in October and there was still entertainment in the form of singer's or musicians 2/3 times a week. We were given an upgrade to a room with a pool view, lounge and balcony. Definitely worth asking for a pool view. Can't wait to go back again.

Restaurant was great & so were the staff, reception staff not so great, checking in left a lot to be desired, we were told on checking in at teatime we had a room in one area, then after returning back to the hotel later on in the evening we were shown a not so good room nowhere near we were told it was going to be. We also didn’t like the fact we had to struggle in the bad wet weather that night to get our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. But on receiving a room change we did receive some help moving a 2nd time.

The hotel is in a great position It was very clean & the rooms were spacious but you need to upgrade to a pool facing room The hotel staff were excellent & extremely helpful I’m not usually a fan of buffet food but there was a great selection here & in addition they offered an a la carte option on alternate days at no extra charge The only downside was the pool area where the sun beds, although very comfortable were just too cramped & close together I would highly recommend this hotel

A great all round experience. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Although the hotel was busy it was very peaceful, which is exactly what we were hoping for. However, our room was located above the kitchen / bar area which was noisy from 6am. The balcony overlooked the bins and general service area, with deliveries and bin collections sometimes from early in the morning.

There is nothing about this hotel we didn’t like. The rooms are well appointed, staff excellent and varied good quality food. Service was exceptional from waiters at the pool bar and restaurant always making sure we had everything we needed. This is a place to truly unwind and relax The hotel has primarily a British clientele who love to lay a towel out at 7am (I personally find this ridiculous) but didn’t impact on getting a lounger at anytime or day.

Lovely location near beach. Quieter end of Pollenca. Fabulous food. Staff exceptional. Nice pool. Not all blocks have a lift. Can be noise from nearby Puerto Azulejo hotel but usually over by 11.00pm. Really not possible to fault. You will not be disappointed.

The property was very peaceful and an ideal place to stay being near the beach and restaurants. The wash sink was a bit of a challenge as it just wasn't deep enough and impossible not to spash water everywhere on using it.

All of the staff are excellent - really friendly, always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast was good with a wide selection and good quality. The room was spacious and all areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The wifi worked well. The gym was equipped with modern equipment which was handy for a rainy day. Only minor gripe would be that there is no lift to the rooms and no bellboy so bear in mind if you have heavy luggage and need assistance.

Excellent hotel with the most friendly and efficient people ever . Stayed five nights over Easter and whilst the weather was awful the hotel made the holiday. Great facilities great food and probably the most friendly and attentive staff anywhere . If you’re a cyclist can’t think of a better location , or if you’re a couple looking for a quiet and hassle free stay then look no further than here . The hotel is one street back from the incredibly pretty sea front with a magnitude of great restaurants and bars all within a few minutes stroll . Having said that the hotels restaurant serves one of the best breakfast and evening buffets I’ve experienced . We are already looking to book again . Ps Would recommend upgrading to a pool view .

This is a great hotel and by far the best we have stayed in the service is top notch, food the best both breakfast and dinner a quiet hotel and hotel staff fantastic the suites are very sylish and well equipped . Hotel is in a great central possition near the beaches and restaraunts lovely long walks along the bay to the harbour. Trip to Pollensa Sunday market by bus €1.50 each way is a must. We will definitely return to Mar Senses.

room was good , with a small kitchen which had electric rings, fridge, microwave, sink,,we was half board,good and plenty full meals , good choice of starters, mains and sweet course,also they have different food night , like BBQ, and asian which was really nice, staff very pleasant and helpful,,, our room cleaner was really good,,

A very friendly hotel with great facilities positioned just off the busy Puerto Pollenca sea front. All of the hotel staff were polite and helpful. A great choice of food was offered at breakfast and at dinner. Would be very happy to return in the future and / or recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Very nice room. If pos go for the pool view rather than the garden view as much nicer. Food very good - wide choice for breakfast, and dinner had a good choice of buffet bits and a fresh cooked pasta station. Nice cocktails in the pool bar!

We have just completed our 3rd visit to Mar Senses and continue to enjoy the hotel, location, facilities, food and great staff. The staff remembered us and left a bottle of cava in the room with a 'thank you for returning' message. We were also accommodated in the Junior Suite which again was perfect for our visit (we were offered this on arrival by the manager). Both of these gestures were very much appreciated and made us feel valued and appreciated. The breakfast and evening food were very good (the BBQ was especially nice). Evening entertainment is tasteful and enjoyable (made all the more entertaining by some of the guests who provided some additional entertainment!). We are now looking ahead to next year for our next booking - we will definitely be returning. Great hotel and superb location.

The hotel communal areas are excellent...really clean and nicely refurbished....great pool and bar area - the food for breakfast and evening was excellent with nice choice on a menu included in the half-board package as well as really good buffet options - staff all really friendly and attentive. Reasons why I didn't score top marks though was our room was a litte behind the standard of the rest of the hotel...furniture chipped and had to prop the floating shelve in bedroom up with our suitcase as that was at a 45degree slant....also would opt for a top floor next time as noise was quite loud from room up above...only other disgruntles were if paying this money per night I wouldn't expect to pay extra to hire the safe in the room and pay to hire an iron??!!...all in all a nice place to stay in a great location and worthy of a 4 out of 5!

Enjoyed our five day stay very much. Staff friendly and helpful, room comfortable, clean and serviced daily. Not all the rooms overlook the pool but we preferred our room which overlooked the mountains. We were staying half board and thought the food choices and quality very good. Being an adult only hotel the lovely pool was a peaceful paradise! Thank you to all the staff at Mar Senses Carol and Dave, England
