Stayed overnight for a concert. Venue is lovely. Small and comfortable. Only negative on the room is there’s no music channels on tv. It costs $10 to listen to music. We paid it there’s not enough genre options and the reception was choppy.

One of the best hotels I stayed in. The staff were so helpful and friendly, first class service!! Everything was great! We stayed in the standard room but it was big and with a nice view. Definitely recommend this place!

Stayed overnight with family in 3 different rooms. Room labels misleading. A double room apparently means 2 twin beds, not a room that is double in size. A little run down. Bathroom fan didn't work. Lots of mold in the shower tile grout. TV ancient. View (from the eastside) is terrible.

Very nice pool, room was clean but on the small side for double queen room. Major middle of the night security and guest disruption in an adjoining room that kept us up for a couple of hours—the hotel resolved it but not ideal.

Beautiful Cassino no pets no smoking with a beautiful hotel attached. The service was phenomenal hotel staff floor staff bartender’s waitress with a variety of restaurants to choose from. Beds were soft the heated pool was warm and comfortable for March. Top Golf was close to the Cassino along with the fashion mall we would highly recommend this Cassino

Left over trash in our room, dirty and grungy bathroom floor- room smells of old, nasty smoke.
Loud partying until 3 am. Will never be back.

The staff was very helpful in every aspect of our stay. We were the only ones in the pool and hot tub. The pool area is fantastic. Both meals we had were good. We will return.

The hubs and I stayed one night for a little holiday staycation/my Christmas gift bc he doesn’t know what to buy me. We had a great time. The room had everything we needed and more. Loved the little couch to sit and store some stuff. The beds and pillows were comfortable as well. We ate off property nearby for dinner but stayed for breakfast at the cafe in the casino. Everyone was kind at check in and check out, also throughout the casino floor and in the cafe. We lost but still had a fun time. I wish the drinks were discounted while playing but I love the no smoking policy!

Found a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain bar in our bathroom. The complementary lotion had been used and the half empty bottle left for us.
The carpet had not been vacuumed. Found food between the seat back, and seat cushion of the desk chair.
Plus, my husband and I both slept in a two body sized ruts of the king mattress.
Worst housekeeping in a casino EVER!!! And the mattress needs to be replaced.
Over priced room, yet under maintained. We will not be returning this place.

I was invited out to stay for a confrence being held at the property. I arrived 15 minutes early and met with alot of resistance attempting to check in early. The front desk representative just handed me my key didnt tell me how to get to my room or even what floor it was on. When i got to my room the sleep area was clean and neat. The bathroom however, had dirty towels still hanging on the shower rack. The lights over the bath tub didnt work, and the toilet takes some patience to FULLY flush. Room service was fast and friendly as well as the gift shop. The coffee shop, not so much.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past, I have had suites and regular rooms and have had a comfortable stay; however this particular time I had the worst sleep of my life. We arrived to the room late so we were tired. The bed was super uncomfortable, I tossed and turned all night. I woke up with my back hurting. The other issue was the room had a really bad smell. I believed it was the drains in restroom or pluming issues unsure. Could have been the refrigerator after we opened it, it had a bad smell also. When I woke up I decided to share my concerns with front desk, not in hopes of receiving anything for free but I assumed they would want to know. The front desk first response to my concerns was she had never heard those complaints before, and they are open 24 hours so they could’ve moved me rooms. I take that as she didn’t believe me. She did offer a credit for dining;however I want to be clear my intentions were in hopes that someone would come check out the bed and the bad smell for the next guests. My room was over $200 for the 1 night and I’m very unhappy with the stay. This review might be overlooked, but I have to voice my concerns. Thank you

The in room refrigerator didn’t work. Had mice sounds in the middle of the night. For the price everything should be operational.

Everyone that worked there was very nice. The pool is amazing and the casino is big. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Not too much do around the property but it’s right off the highway so it’s convenient

My stay at Gila River was great overall, except my last night. There was a loud party outside my room and it prevented me from getting any sleep that night. The bass and vibration was horrendous. I had to be up for a flight at 2 am and I didn’t get any sleep. If the hotel is going to allow that, they should forewarn guests and provide complimentary earplugs.
