Great room overlooking the track, lovely bar, relaxed atmosphere for drinks.
Rooms are large and comfortable.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with the utmost warmth and hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
The spa facilities were nothing short of amazing. It was the perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation, and we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of services and the professionalism of the staff.
Moreover, the thoughtful happy birthday message left in our room for my wife was a delightful surprise that added a personal touch to our visit. It truly made our stay memorable and helped make her special day even more perfect.
Please extend our gratitude to your team for their dedication to excellence. It is clear that the Brooklands Hotel goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.
We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing stay

Lovely hotel and cocktail bar. My biggest criticism is that have to pay for parking when you stay there, where as just going for a meal entitles you to free parking.

We were there for 2 nights and requested a quiet room, which we got on 4th floor. Room was quiet, comfy bed, nice shower.

Brooklands hotel was an absolute joy to stay in . From the reception to the dining staff, they were so courteous and helpful
The room was spacious, very comfortable .
It’s beautiful in the bar and reception areas .
Much nicer than a lot of the 5 star hotels

Had another lovely stay at Brooklands Hotel breakfast was lovely on the first morning then not so good on the next - mushrooms and tomatoes undercooked and scrambled egg a little dry - this is not normal here so guessing kitchen problems ( we all have them!) but on the whole a great weekend!

One of my favourite hotels to stop at - good food, good bar, staff are always decent.
My preferred hotel in the area.

Very convenient for M25. 30 mins away from Heathrow. We also have friends close by.

I did not like two things.
Having to pay extra for car parking.
An expensive dinner.

Hotel was nice, but very expensive for what it was! You had to pay additional fees for absolutely everything, including parking at £12 per night, breakfast and even to access the sauna and steam rooms despite paying £185 for our room for 1 night! The room was very small, so we put the aircon on, but it kept turning itself off. The reception staff were nice. We paid for trackside view, personally wouldnt say it was worth it. Only saw a few cars on the track the next morning. Room was relatively tidy, but the hairdryer was disgustingly dirty. Couldnt hear too much outside noise. The big shower head was nice, the smaller one kept going between hot and cold water and wouldnt stay consistent.

superb hotel in fantastic location.excellent service

Lovely hotel, we had a really nice family room which was huge. Hotel amenities are great. Location is good although one of the roads around the estate closes over night as it is part of the Mercedes world over the road. Breakfast was simple but good quality. Parking is an extra unless you book direct.

Stayed here before only as it is convenient to relatives. Very modern hotel hasn’t changed in the past 3 years on first visit. The deluxe room is spacious and modern but is a basic room. No extras. Shower gel , soap etc and in containers. Fluffy towels. No facecloths. 2x bottle of water in fridge. Room is cleaned every 2 days only. Some staff are unfriendly and some are really smiley. Depends who you see. Buffet breakfast which is standard. Lovely crossiants. We stayed 2 nights which is not on the cheap side for what you get. No other hotels in the area near here so they do have the monopoly of being able charge more.
Be careful if you come back later in the evening as the gps if you use it can send you to WELLINGTON WAY WHICH IS A GATED LOCKED ROAD . We were struggling on how to get back to the hotel at 10.30pm. Phoned the hotel who gave us a different postcode for the gps.
Overall, it was a convenient place to stay at a price. May look elsewhere in the future.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable and the staff were all so nice. We stayed as a family and the room was big and the beds were so comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, I really can’t fault them. My husband I are already planning to return without the kids.

Although the staff and facilities were great, the checking in process was painful even though we had rung and checked a few times.
On the day we checked in we had lost one of our rooms

Great early check in. Modern clean hotel. Only 20-30mins in London. Walking distance to train. Excellent!
Only shame is spa is bookable in slots and not free (think quite over priced without a swimming pool etc).

We arrived before check in time and hotel staff did an outstanding job to get room available to accommodate us . Great efforts and service .

It was good, which you’d expect it to be for the price £158 for one night room only in a standard room.
I was shocked when I arrived and then had to pay for parking in a hotel in the countryside. The other thing that annoyed me was the toilet roll was rubbish. A small thing I know.
Everything else was great. My room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and I slept really well.
I ate in the bar which was good but again expensive. I signed my meal (chicken Milanese, a large glass of wine and a pint) to my room. In the morning when I checked out I noticed there were four items on my bill. Upon asking the fourth was a service charge. Think it’s a bit naughty when you’re eating alone. All the above was £53, again, expensive for a four star hotel.

Property fine but as I booked via Expedia they charged £12 to park the car. If I had booked direct ,no charge !!!Not told by Expedia.Pathetic by both Companies.

A bit over priced for a family stay.
We had to upgrade to a larger room and were charged £15 for the extra roll out bed.
Very expensive restaurant with chips in the bar costing £8.50 and our main evening meals (2 kids 2 adults) and one drink costing £100.
Not enough nearby to go out to eat without a drive so we had to pay the high prices for a very average meal.

We stayed there specifically to visit the museum so it is very convenient. We enjoy the track views and the hotel rooms are lovely.
Aside from breakfast we didnt eat at the hotel. I prefer more simple food and prices are high for meals and in the bar

Overall stay was excellent. Clean, comfy and friendly staff. Breakfast good value and plenty of choice. Dinner options over priced and no free parking for paying guests or visitors.
