The check-in was seamless. The room was perfect! The dining had good food.

The location of this hotel was amazing because we were able to walk to Climate Pledge for our JT concert! The parking garage was a nightmare and expensive. We happened to get the last spot but could hardly fit my car. Once we got back from the concert, we got on the elevator and there was blood on the floor and also in the hall we stayed in. It was very gross. Overall, the location is great for what we needed but we weren’t impressed otherwise.

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Chandra is amazing, Darren at the bar was wonderful and Bonnie was great. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and whenever we asked advice the recommendations were spot on. Our room had a lovely view of the Space Needle, and the special touches in the room were so nice. I especially loved the metal water bottle, to keep and free refills near the front desk. When the hot water didn't work, Bonnie happily gave me hot water from the breakfast bar. The towels are amazing. I only wish we had more time to spend here.

When we arrived, our room was not ready. We had to wait 45 minutes for it. Until then we weren't allowed to start the check-in process. It would have been nice to check-in and store the luggage and go on abiut our day and come back later to our room.
The swimming pool is quite small, there was not enough towels for all of us and no "pineapple floaties" as stated on the hotel website.
The room itself lacked some useful items such as slippers and shower cap. The hair dryer cord was not long enough to comfortably dry our hair standing up.
I wish the hotel had better food options with an actual restaurant with a dining atmosphere. We ate breakfast and the food was not good.
The hotel is nice but not outstanding it could be so much more. We enjoyed the pineapple cookies and coffee served in the afternoon, the staff was friendly and our room was clean. The amenity fee is worth it if you use all the amenities, personally for ourselves it wasn't because we were not spending enough time at the hotel to use the pool and gym or use the bicycles outdoors.

The beds are absolutely amazing and comfortable! The hotel cleanliness is immaculate, it advertises the whole hotel as dog friendly but it does not smell like dog at all.

It was a nice hotel. They try and sell you everything which is rather off putting in my opinion. Parking was very expensive.

Great stay for a short trip into town to see the ballet. Can’t beat the location so close to the theatre, and everything else was excellent during our stay

It was my first time staying at a Maxwell hotel and they definitely made me a fan. I love thr set up, the service and the rooms. They are perfect for families. The welcome drink certificate is an awesome touch. I will be back

Really great hotel with great location near the Space Needle! The pineapple theme of the hotel is on an other level, but that makes it all that much great. Complimentary beverage is also a nice touch

My only complaint is that I was surprised to find out that there was an almost $50 additional charge for parking. The room was small but comfortable and the workers were friendly.

The hotel and room were very cute and cozy. Cleanliness was incredible and the bedding was super cozy. I love that the hotel is very pet friendly and family friendly! The downside is the parking is very expensive. With tax it was roughly $52 a day and we had two cars. On top of that, I was charged an extra day and when I confronted the front desk over the phone regarding why the math did not seem right I was brushed off and told “I don’t know, must be extra taxes.” When I requested an itemized receipt I was able to see that I had been charged for three days instead of two. They refunded the money but I felt I was quickly dismissed and belittled for questioning why I was being charged an extra $50.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maxwell Hotel. We were in Seattle for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and we were able to walk there in less than 10 minutes. We also spent time at the Pacific Science Center and the Space Needle which were also so close to the hotel. We enjoyed the pool but it was very cold (fine for our 7 year old; parents were freezing) and wished that there were more bedside tables/shelves in the room. We also think the Sleep Naked experience sounds fun until you realize that means your only bedding is a super warm duvet and we run hot! We had to get the room temperature into the 50s to sleep. We would stay at the Maxwell again for the location but there could be improvements for better value.

We planned a getaway for our son’s birthday. The Maxwell Hotel came recommended by a friend, as it is right next to Seattle Center. It did not disappoint in any way. We slept comfortably, moved around the area with the option of bikes to check-out, and felt welcomed every time we returned. We will be back!

Went for a concert nearby and the hotel was perfect

Loved the vibe as soon as we walked into the hotel to check in. Vivid colors, cherry staff and welcome cookies in the shape of pineapples. Attention to detail was fun in the room as well. Hershey kisses with pineapples stamped on the wrappers. Also appreciated the complimentary drinks.
We requested extra pillows, because let's face it, most hotels use small, flat pillows and expect you to get a decent night's sleep. Not only were there extra pillows waiting for us in the room (!), but there were plenty of them. Slept like babies!
Appreciated the underground parking. Just wish it was free. Perfect location for walking to Seattle Center and the Chihuly Museum, Kids Museum, Ballet Theater, etc. Would stay here again and we'll be recommending to friends.

It was good. Cute rooms with comfy beds and furniture (I hate the no top sheet thing, though). Great staff overall. Those cookies are really good!

We absolutely love this fun, pineapple themed hotel! Very cute and whimsy :-) the only negative that I have was there is no room service and their food is Pretty sparse. Customer service at the bar was extremely slow and painful to get a drink and it was not busy. Bartender actually complained about his day… But everyone has off days so I’m just gonna leave it at that! Besides the food the hotel is an awesome location if you want to do the Seattle center.

*** If you have a large vehicle (minivan, full-size truck, etc.) expect to struggle if you park underground: spots are tight and small cars take the better spots despite "compact" parking labels
It was a very good stay for me, a guest, and my two dogs: friendly, clean & dog friendly.
Issues: "nightlife", human and animal, gets intense after 10pm

A group of bookings for a business meetings was done flawlessly. It all worked from beginning to end.
This is a great hotel.

Although I really enjoyed my stay at The Maxwell Hotel and it was centrally located for 6 nights for business I won’t stay there again. The fees just killed it for me. Resort fees for coffee and tea! Parking fees, taxes upon taxes. I booked a 7 night stay that was quoted to be about $1100 ended up over $1459! The resort fees are really the biggest issues! Why should I pay for services that I don’t use but rooms are only cleaned every other day. If you want to charge me to use the pool that’s fine, but if I never use the pool or gym I have to pay extra? Why not just roll these mandatory costs into the cost of the room. This is bait and switch advertising of low room prices to increase reservations while socking bulkshit mandatory fees. Travel 15 weeks a year and will not stay in a Staypineapple again.

This is our favorite for Kraken games, yes we live less than 50 miles but it so nice to check in, park and walk to game. Hospitality is always great. The bistro dude could use help on Saturday mornings. Love the deco and fuffly bed duvets. Great cleaning team, so friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is extremely convenient and desirable. Every staff member was welcoming and friendly. Loved all the little details like a free welcome drink, comfy bedding, roomy junior suite, and the cheery lobby area.

Well, I booked parking online when I did the check in. Upon arrival we were told that I did not have parking and it was sold out. No apology. No attempt to see if they could find a space. We were instructed to use the parking garage across the street. The price was much higher and our windows got busted out.

Property is unique and so fun and inviting. Great place to stay. Pool was tiny, but we didn't book for that so it wasn't an issue for us.

The rooms have nice touches of friendly pineapple displays. Roomy and clean. The property has gated underground parking so there is no worries about your vehicle in the neighborhood.
