Close to everything clean with great breakfast

This hotel has an exceptional location, unfortunately it is not well maintained, every thing is very old and not taken care of, the staff are not hospitable, rooms are very noisy because of the bathroom drainage and the proximity to the main street. I won't go there again or recommend it to any one.

The staff were very nice and the location was convenient but that is where the positive aspects of the room end. In my room, the WiFi did not work and it was in such a location that even my cell service did not work. When I brought up the former to the staff they suggested they would restart the router to which I said that was not the going to make a differences and it did not. The room was smaller than my living room at home and it is the first time in 30 years I have slept in a twin bed in real life or at a hotel. The area was dirty and loud but I fear this might just be Naples. I am unclear what makes this hotel a 4* hotel and the cost was extraordinarily high for what I got.

It’s conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the train station. AC wasn’t working in our room but luckily it was cold at night so that cooled it down some. Had a street room so it was super noisy all night.

I had a booking for a twin bedroom. I was given a one-bed room with a king bed. Due to that, I had to book an additional room to accommodate me and my friend. The staff was extremely unfriendly and rude.

Easy check-in. Good and friendly employees. Rooftop bar is not cosy at all - but it is there. Very clean rooms.

In an excellent location right in the centre of town within east walking distance of a lot of the main spots of Naples. Hotel is generally OK at everything, clean, good air-Con, everything works. I didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food

The location in good, close to everything, beautiful and safe area, a lot of restaurants close by, by subway stop, the hotel has a very beautiful terrace on the top with a view to the bay and to the dome of the church near by, the breakfast was so good and delicious. The staff were good. Clean .

Rooms were extremely small. Could hear noise from streets and other rooms. Bed was uncomfortable.

This was a stopover on the way to Sorrento stayed at this hotel due to proximity to the ferry service. Property was clean and we would have been happy to stay longer.

Location of the hotel is good. They gave us a late check out till 12noon.
However the rooms are old. Everything including the fridge and the toilet flush make noises. Air conditioning is not so effective.
The hotel is right on the road so it's really noisy. Not at all recommend if you are a light sleeper and want a good nights sleep.
Staff at the reception are not courteous and seems disinterested in their jobs.

Hotel Naples is fantastically located downtown Naples. It is a very nice place, worth every euro spent on it. Most of the Naples
major attractions are within walking distance from it. If you would like to visit Coserta or Pompei, the main train station is within a 10-15-minute walk The room was not different from any you would expect in an upscale hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

No tissues in room & bathroom accessories very poor. Breakfast did not use fresh ingredients & variety very poor. No dinning facility unless there was a group booked in dinning room.

Although hotel claims to have air conditioning on website, it was turned off for “winter.” We were there end of April with weather in the 80s Fahrenheit. We had to open the window and were still sweating at night.

This is a wonderful four star hotel located very near the harbor and many attractions. They were especially helpful, allowed me to check in early and the hotel is lovely and comfortable.

Good location. Clean modern room. Small for a couple if staying for a while but perfect for us for one night and there is a 24 hour front desk to help you get a taxi to the airport (15-20 min drive). Very reasonably priced.

The staff was friendly and helpful although I got conflicting advice on catching a cab to the airport at 4 a.m. on the morning I checked out. It still worked out well, however. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel is on on a very busy major street, although not too much of the noise comes into the room during the night or early morning.

The hotel has a very good location.It is close by to all tourist attractions, the port and the central train station where you can get the bus to the airport. You can easily walk to the historic city/port/central station & areas that locals go such as Via Toledo / Piazza Trieste E Trento / Piazza Del Plebiscito / Santa Lucia marina etcThe only negative about it is that walls were very dirty, full of marks and the wallpaper has come off in some areas of the walls. It looks terrible. Definitely not for a 4 star hotel.

It arrived around 10minutes from this hotel at ferry station for Capri. And very comfortable hotel!!

This hotel is well situated to the historic areas and university across the street. Local shopping is great. The staff went well beyond to ensure we had a safe and pleasant stay. Thank you Luigi for all your kind and patient information. Don't remember the night shift gentleman name but he went out of his way to make sure my daughter was safe while standing outside for a cigarette late nights. We all know Naples has safety issues at night . A little caution is required. The hotel was clean but its the staff that were outstanding for us. Good job gentlemen.

This hotel was very modern and clean and probably had the most comfortable bed of all the hotels we stayed in. The staff was friendly enough and the breakfast was pretty much the same compared to all the other places we stayed. Wi-fi is included with your stay but it was very unreliable in our room, one minute your connected the next your not. The bathroom was a decent size but I was not crazy about the shower. After using it each time, there would be water everywhere!

The hotel is close to the spanish quarter (Spaccanapoli). The rooms are nicely but spartan decorated; somehow stylish. The bathroom for Italian hotel really large. We were travelling as a family and got a room with a connecting door. The children got a pretty similar room, being even a bit larger.

Hotel was very clean, large rooms with comfortable bed. Reception friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was extra but good choice of pastries ,toast jam, scrambled egg and bacon.
Situated in good location, 15 minutes walk to station one way and 15 minutes walk to docks, shopping areas the other. Naples is very dirty and scruffy. Litter everywhere. Graffitti covered walls. Tourist trade seems to cater for day trippers from ships. Beware taxi drivers offering day trips, very expensive. All told a very nice break but took us a few days to get our bearings.
