Very clean ,with ironed sheets!
No special price because it was School Break.
They ran out of towels at the pool. Even got to stay on the same storey as the pool.
Because of lack of personal, the breakfast is no longer offered. Too bad! The hotel site should change their advertisement!

One of the room the connected room did not have heat, we reported it and never got fixed. I filed a complaint at the front desk and didn't even offer us a small rebate on a 3 nights stay for the inconvenience.
Very disappointing to say the least!

An hour prior to our check in, my father-in-law who had one of our rooms collapsed and got rushed in an ambulance to the hospital. We explained the situation to Expedia, and they went ahead and charged us for an empty room anyway, even in these circumstances. On Christmas Eve... This is a soulless corporation, bereft of compassion. My eyes are open now.

I would think it is time for hotels to add level 2 or even 3 chargers.

There was no restaurant or bar. Booking info very misleading. I believe that we should receive price adjustment.

Stay was very good. Icy conditions weather wise. Walk ways were still covered with ice, we stayed for 4 days and walk ways never were touched. Otherwise very good

Friendly staff, clean and safe hotel.

Old place, smelling carpet, poor pressure from the shower head and shower fan so dirty it's was disgusting. They are asking not to use third party website for reservation to help reinvest in their place... I think they need just to clean the place first.

Rooms are old and dark, but clean and pretty quiet. Some food for the breakfast was completely frozen

Overall, a good experience minus the clogged shower drain. Stood in a significant puddle of water during my shower....
Otherwise, a clean room and an enjoyable stay.

It was clean. Front desk service was very good.
The toilet malfuctioned but I problem solved a temporary solution. The white plastic valve needed to be touched on its top to start filling up the tank. The next customer may not be as practical..:)

Our stay was very nice. It is upscale for us traveling through to and from New Brunswick Toronto. The pool and hi tub were perfect for kids to burn energy before and after driving. The place was clean and quite and seemed to be mostely familyvsndvtravelers as our selves. Check in and out was quick and friendly. Se ons night later today!

Not a 4* property! Broken TV. No coffee available for room. Advertised restaurant but actually closed. $10 continental breakfast was an apple and a prepackaged bun. Do not recommend

Overall hotel was good. A bit dated, but clean. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kids. Only complaint was the power went out randomly in the building for about an hour. It was not a wide spread power outage as the surrounding buildings had power.

The rug in our room was filthy. We were travelling with our 1 yr old grandson who was crawling on the floor. It was upsetting to see how dirty he became. We took photos of his feet, wiped a dry white towel on the floor which became dirty and showed the front desk agent. Expressed our concern, he advised we would hear from someone. It has been a month and haven’t heard anything. All was great getting my money but obviously they aren’t concerned with their guests. Stay away from this place.

Everything fine with the staff at the reception but we needed to ask for towels at the reception. The only one day the housekeeping was done (The housekeeping it wasn’t done during the stay) they left the balcony door OPEN (we where at the first floor).
The pool wasn’t clean.
You can hear people walking at the other rooms.

Our room was clean and comfortable ,the bathroom door wouldn’t close completely . You can see the hotel is older now , we travel to Sherbrooke and always stay at this hotel . You use to have breakfast served which was nice but now it’s Just grab a few things from the refrigerator so that is very disappointing
