One elevator was down so always waiting for awhile. The bar was also not stalked, everything we tried to order, drinks and food, they were out of something. But overall the customer service was great!

one of the two elevators was broken which unfortunately hampered our stay. We had very long waits for the elevator and were put on the 4th floor with two young children and a lot of bags. Apart from that no issues at all. Very clean and reception was accommodating.

The room was good, just like the photos, and clean. I appreciated the eco friendliness of the euro-type lightswitch inside the room. The breakfast was delicious, the breakfast attendants were also very kind and on top of it. I wish they had working elevators. Only one was using, which staff was using most of the time. We heard the other elevator has been broken for months. The wait for an elevator was at least 20 minutes, just to find it was full and stopped at every floor in both directions. The hotel could have also done a better job around smoking control, it smelt like weed in all the hallways and the elevator.

The swimming pool was not opened as promised. I was there 2 days and it was opened only half a day. The water was not clean.

It was amazing! The hotel was booked but when inside the room it felt like noone was there. I'll be back!

My stay was ok. My lights kept going out in my room. My bathroom door did not close. However when I call the front desk they came quickly to try to resolve the issue.

Everytime we visit King of Prussia for the past 10 years of being together we always stays here. It's next too everything you need from eatery, movies, and the mall. The hotel is always clean at all times.

Hotels.com made our selection easy find for a short notice stay. Hyatt House Philadelphia/King of Prussia was amazing and convenient to all the local attractions. We would definitely stay there again!

It was wonderful

Pool was not open on the day of our arrival, they told us it would be ready in a couple hours. Pool was never opened that day they just kept telling us it would be soon. The next morning we checked and they said it was open. I got my son dressed and we got to the front desk and they said it would not be open until 12. We have to leave by 1030. The whole reason I booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool for my son to enjoy. Very disappointed especially with the run around about it. I would have rather just been told it was not open at all they to keep my sons hopes up

Loved everything

The hotel overall was good for a 3-night stay. Trezure at the front desk has excellent customer service skills and greeted us each time she encountered us and daily. She is an asset. The breakfast was great, hot and fresh every day. However, a few issues under shadowed a bigger one. There were no luggage racks available for our use as other guests that checked in had them in their room, The only way we finally got one was by suggesting staff contact the more recent check ins to request them to return the rack back to the lobby. Our suggestion was the reason we got a rack...finally. There was no urgency to get us one aside from that. The cleaning staff missed a day and never came to refresh our room, towels or remove trash from the room. Expedia does not state there is a $50 deposit/hold per day required for this booking, and it was an unexpected charge that we were not prepared for. The main issue that took the cake was the "manager" Courtney who was eager to suggest cancelling our booking and losing out on a paid $600 booking all over a hold or deposit we didn't know about? That was her immediate resolution instead of any compromise which baffled us. Then to bring up that we booked through Expedia as if it was a crime to do so, lol. She just did not care and needs customer service skills especially being a 'manager' to say the least. I'd rather book with the hotel that has the cookies at the front desk.

This hotel is very cleanly, the pool is nice and the complementary breakfast is amazing so many choices and the food is delicious, the suite rooms are very spacious and clean!!

Great location and hotel staff

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, practical location. The elevators are old and one of two didn‘t work. Rooms are not acoustically insulated - it‘s almost impossible to not hear the neighbors (really well).

I wish the hot tub was operating. Other than that, everything was outstanding.

The room itself was very nice. My sister and I came for a trip to the mall. We considered this hotel as well as the Holiday Inn right down the road. This hotel was slightly more expensive but we chose it because it supposedly had a hot tub. The hot tub was not open though. I wish this had been available information on the website. We also had a maid knock two times on our door on the day of check out prior to 1015 in the morning when the check out is 12 o’clock. Finally, the only way to use the TV that we could figure out was to use streaming services from our phone, which I do not have so was unable to have the entertainment of the TV. It would’ve been nice to just have some basic cable or something. Not everybody streams from their phone.

Second time in the last year I stayed at a Hyatt House and it was noisy as hell. Did not complain this time to the front desk but quiet hours were supposed to begin at 9pm and there was running and slamming doors through 11pm.

Upon arrival, we were barely greeted by the front desk assistant manager and informed no food options were available because the kitchen was not operating that day. We were then given a room with a refrigerator that was not working so I had to return to the front desk just to be given another room that smelled like cigarette smoke and had a toilet that was continuously running water. So I went back to the front desk again and that same assistant manager responded like I was inconveniencing her, meanwhile I was doing all the legwork of going up and down the halls and elevator trying not to bother her like these were my errors.

Poroperty was great.

The hotel site promotes a game and arcade room which was a big reason why we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, when we checked in, there was no game/arcade room. Also, there was no dinner available nor was the hot tub available. A bit disappointing but overall a good experience.
