Fraser Suites is well located with bus transport to the city and the airport. There is a supermarket in walking distance. Parks are nearby for walking. Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in many places. The daily cleaning was very good even if they did forget to replace coffee and toilet paper several times over the week we stayed. We had a view over the river which was wonderful. Beautiful in the morning to see the rowers on the river and at night to see the lights. The front desk staff were friendly and polite at all times we spoke with any of them. We would be very happy to stay here again in the the future as the location near transport and the parks is a bonus rather than the noise of inner CBD.

Was a good stay, bed was comfy, room was clean. Pool, spa and sauna was cold but 😔
The worse thing was the parking, not enough parks for all the guests. We had to park in a Wilson’s for the two nights with a tiny walk, but it was cheaper than the motel.

Studio Room was spacious snd clean. Great price due to renovation which did not affect room at all. We missed having a drink at the bar this time round.

The staff that work there are really kind and keen to help you with anything you need. The bedroom was astonishing. Common areas are also in a good condition. We had a great time.

Was clean and quiet but wouldn't stay there again.

The bedroom TV unit had finger hand marks all over the front of the glass, the glass on the table was not sitting on the table correctly, the bed sheets were not tucked in which meant the sheets were all squashed up by morning.
The bed and pillows were the highlight, 10/10

I always say a smile costs nothing but it is worth a thousand dollars. When I arrived at the front desk I found the staff were very off hand. Normally I would expect the first thing they would say is “Welcome to Fraser Suites.”
There were no smiles and no welcoming words or any attempt at conversation.
Our stay was for two nights, when we arrived back on the second night we found the bed had not been made and the room had not been cleaned.
This situation arose because we had the “Do not disturb sign on.“ The cleaning staff left a note for us to ring a number and advise when the room was available. We did this, a woman answered and said it would be actioned, but to no avail.
The night staff sent up towels but we had to make the bed. Not good enough.

Easy check in, great service and friendly staff, stayed with a 2.5 year old. Provided baby cot and has equipped kitchen. No oil sauces or condiments. Might need to park on the street sometimes. Would stay again.

Room was spacious, however very noisy could hear everything happening in joining rooms and in the hallway, disturbing sleep. Buffet breakfast was pretty average for price, food wasn’t very hot.

We have stayed at Fraser’s suites a number of times and have always enjoyed the venue for cleanliness, accessibility and very helpful and friendly staff. We would recommend staying here again. Thank you staff at Fraser’s for providing a very enjoyable weekend’s birthday celebration for my wife and I. 😊

First time staying at this Hotel. Disappointed with the housekeeping service. They dont replenish the vanity kit, coffee and Chocolate drinks even when its all used up. Had to call them a few times before they come and replenish.
The most shocking item we came across in the room was the bathrobe. There was a 10cm tear on the left sleeve. I couldn't believe that no checks were done on the bathrobes when they were preparing the room for new check-in.
There was also no stationery in the room. Was told at the reception that we can request for it. Is this Fraser Suites standard? I stayed there for 7 nights. 2 nights booking was with Hotel.com and another 5 nights with another booking platform.

The Room was very nice, but the service was a bit rude and the car park for the venue was full when there were plenty of empty rooms. They should prioritise for people staying.

A lovely hotel. We made the most of our stay and used the indoor pool/spa which was amazing. The buffet breakfast the next day was a must too! The view from our room was gorgeous, the bed was so comfortable! Was overall an amazing hotel.

Cleanliness has slipped from this normally immaculate property. We found a pair of a previous guests shorts behind the main curtain. We could no access the balcony which had sauce packets and Pringle lids strewn around.

Our rooms were fabulous, amazing views, very clean, well appointed and quality toiletries. Our only disappointment was the breakfast, overpriced for what you get. Worth noting that parking is $30 per night so factor that in to the room cost.
We were a family group using several rooms and had a wonderful time.

The check in was disappointing, prior to arrival requested that I could check in earlier than the stated 15h00 check in. Ended up checking in at 14h30. The Dine in option was good other than when I received my meal I was told I could not get drinks as I ordered after 9:30 pm. Those points were disappointing. The room was very comfortable, food good and staff very friendly

Beautiful looking hotel near public transport options, room and bathroom didn't have bin liners, shower head didn't work, reception were unhelpful about cancelling the paid breakfast

Good location, very nice view from our room facing Swan river, quiet neighborhood, easy to find nearby car park space at night (free from 6pm or 8pm until 8am, depending on the street location), very clean room, nice comfortable bed.
