The staff was incredibly helpful and gracious. The 27th floor lounge was a treat for coffee in the morning. Location is supreme!

Room was nice but expensive - guess that's NY. A block from Grand Central Station. Check out was noon and I got back to hotel at 12:07. My key was de-activated, but they had no problem letting me go to my room to get my belongings.

Great location, clean room. Close to Grand Central and subway. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was I asked for a mini fridge and was told it wouldn't be an issue and didn't get one. But it really wasn't a big deal. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice staff. Comfortable, clean room. Good price for NYC and convenient to GC etc. Disappointed to find no milk for coffee in the lounge. Waited around for awhile.

Had a good stay on business. Room was clean, bed comfortable. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturiser which was super helpful. There was drinking water and reusable bottles in the landing, which was great. Was able to work from the room in comfort.

Friendly staff were excellent. Always happy to share a joke, kind word and a laugh. That makes all the difference.
Room was a little small but comfortable and with excellent shower pressure, which is super important.
All in all it was fine without blowing my mind. A decent place to stay in Manhattan.

It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax.
Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient.
Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around.

Very comfortable room. We stayed in the room with 2 beds. Spacious for 2 people. No daily room service unless you request it. But during our long stay of 5 nights theres a midway refresh aytomatically. The water refill station in the hall way was definitely a plus! Beds are comfortable. Need more attention to detail when cleaning the bathroom. But overall a pleasant stay! 5 min walk to the station!

Everything so fine, but elevators busy 24/7 almost. Small room makes for noisy neighbours... but come on, what you except its new york. loved it

The decor is a little dated, but the room was spacious and comfortable and suitable facilities in the bathroom.
The shower was powerful and the room was clean.
We weren't in the room much due to exploring, but it was very quiet at night (14th floor).
The staff at reception always greeted us on arrival and exit each time and it was very efficient.
The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Grand Central and most of the Midtown sites.
They even let us leave our bags at checkout to collect later and let us use the restroom when we collected them.
Overall, a great value comfy stay. Would visit again.

The hotel is perfect for an inexpensive quality stay. Close to grandcentral, clean, staff was great and lots of room options. Hotel .com reported thay have a bar which is incorrect but they do hav a great rooftop all season space to bring a drink and food to enjoy the view or get some work done. We will return next overnight in NYC.

This is a favorite any time we're in NYC. We've stayed here every time we visit over the past ten years, and it is a consistently excellent experience.

This is my second time, I could see improvement overall of cleanliness and maintenance. Only is the coffee expresso machine at lounge is not working, and not hot water for tea. The staff very professional. I would recommend this hotel.

Great stay! Amazing value! Fantastic location. Small boutique hotel with all the comforts of a large one. Super clean!!! Very comfortable.. staff is excellent! All the necessary amenities (except on-site restaurant but great rooftop lounge). Feels like a luxury apartment building. And, no resort fees. I’m a native New Yorker and very highly recommend.

It was exactly as needed for a short business trip to midtown. The internet wasn't great - I had to do a couple of Zoom meetings and the connection was unreliable - but that's really the only complaint.

Loved staying at club quarters grand central! Easy and fast check in, friendly staff, room is clean and cozy, location is strategic, near the metro station the train station and lots of restaurants/bars to grub a quick bite. Will defo stay here again
