Great property

Everybody very pleasant and helpful. Very clean and well situated.

NOISE, NOISE, NOISE. Nightclub next to property kept us awake with window-rattling music til 3 a.m. despite earplugs. Sleeping area in our split-level room (No. 214) was accessible only by dangerously narrow spiral staircase, which we struggled to haul our luggage up and down. Moved to Room 208, which was one level but still faced main street. Bearable thanks to trusty earplugs. Expedia listing noted concierge and laundry service, but staff was mostly no help in assisting us in finding local attractions and there was no laundry service, which we had counted on (get it together, Expedia!), and front desk had no idea how we could get our clothes cleaned. MAJOR fail. Positives: Great location and they did valet our car for us to the free parking a few blocks away. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

Very clean hotel. Overall it was a good stay, the only negatives was the noice at night time and the beds were very hard. I usually like a firm bed but these were hard atls rocks, also the complementary shampoo/soap provided had already been used by previous guests. Would still recommend for a quick stay.

I enjoy my stay, the hotel is right by downtown so everything is around you. Helpful staff members, clean and friendly.

Beautiful, clean and spacious hotel in the center of it all. Everything is within 5-10 minute walk. Loved it and would stay there again.

Sometimes is so noisy outside.

The price is too high, but the hotel is nice. You can get a hotel just as nice for half the price.

Parking is located few blocks away from the property. Very busy streets with no unloading zone

Super clean. Wonderful showers. Wonderful staff and a lovely restaurant— a great place to have coffee, breakfast, or lunch. Quite a bit of street noise in the room. The junior suites’ staircase to the sleeping area is really only appropriate for the able-bodied and is not a good choice for those with young children or anyone who needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Beautiful property. Excellent food. Did not serve decaffeinated coffee. The suite was large and comfortable with hot showers. Excellent except for the night club across the street with loud music playing until 2am Thursday and Friday.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Check-in and out was easy and pleasant. Staff were on hand and very helpful. Easy to reach at all hours and walked us through our room features. The pictures do not do justice on how beautiful the hotel is.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Morelia. The location is perfect and the rooms are attractive and comfortable. We recommend the rooms that are on one level. The building is well maintained and really beautiful. You will enjoy your stay.

This hotel has an excellent location, just half a block from the Cathedral. However, it can get noisy at night since it is located in a very busy street. Also, there is no parking on-site, so you will be directed to a parking lot close-by.

The place is awesome. Nice big room. The food in the restaurant was delicious. They have gourmet coffee available. I asked for extra pillows that they delivered quickly. There are few things to improve. My mattress was hard with my back and there is a lot of noise from the street. Maybe noise proof glass in the windows could help. There is no valet parking but there is a parking lot nearby

We had a great stay, Hacienda was perfectly located and well maintained. The staff was helpful and the rooms were charming.

Excellent location, nice property, and good food. The service at the restaurant was very slow one day, but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

The place is amazing and you feel old Mexico in a clean and well cared for property. Friendly hotel staff everywhere and great cafe on site. Hotel is centrally located by cathedral and easy walk around town center. The hotel entry is easy to miss with small signage. My issues however were: I had to beg, even offering to pay, for a 2nd hotel key; when asked for elevator, I was told none avialable, however, kind cleaning crew upon seeing my mom struggle, told me of elevator accessible thru outside (I informed other disabled guests I saw struggling to use stairs ), and I was told they would park my car at arrival and when I unload then said I had to park my own car.

Everything about this property was great

The hotel is nice and the restaurant Ofelia is really good. The only thing they didn’t have staff to park your vehicle no staff to help with your luggage no iron (only have a steamer) which is not very convenient. Overall it was a nice stay.
