Disappointing that we were charged $800 for an outdated place with carpet stains and damp smelling room. The price is not in line with other places in the area which are newer and cheaper

Had a great stay, such a well presented and thoughtfully planned establishment. Everthing within a short walking distance and conveniently placed. Rooms were terrific, staff friendly will definitely be putting this place as the go to for the Hunter region well done

The location was good, staff were helpful. The apartment generally speaking was good however, the fact that there isnt a screen door for the courtyard meant that we couldnt leave the door open for fresh air as the room would fill with mosquitoes. Also there was no door for the laundry so whenever you use the dryer or washer it would just be to noisy. Also the bed mattress was very uncomfortable and needs upgrading.

Another great stay at Grand Mercure apartments. Nice staff. Unfortunately it is getting very worn and tired (frayed stained carpet, dirty stained lounges, dents and marked walls etc). Nice place to stay but badly need to replace carpet and soft furnishings for it to be decent standard.

A great weekend with the family to see the Hunter Valley Christmas Lights. The Vintage was exactly what everyone wanted in accommodation, location and facilities.

Very convenient for those on a golf trip to The Vintage. Right next to the clubhouse. Good sizeable rooms with each bedroom having own onsuite.

Honestly, it was a great hotel. Nice pool. I like the garage style parking and the verandah that had a cute lizard camping out on our grass. Great location in the heart of thr hunter valley.

Perfect location for our weekend trip, about a 10min drive from the Hunter Valley Gardens, the major wineries and amazing restaurants. Apartment was cosy, clean and spacious. Surrounded by a golf course and a family of kangaroos. Secure garage directly connected to our 1 bedroom apartment. Lovely cafe van within a 1 minute walk serving breakfast, lunch and coffee's. New bar/pub and restaurant to open soon. Restaurant and day spa currently available at a nearby 5 star hotel. Only downside was that the room just needed a little maintenance from wear and tear but other than that, would definitely choose to stay here again.

Well appointed 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities you would need, well equipped kitchen, good size rooms and bathrooms and 2 balconies. Loved the addition of a gas fire and garage for the car. The apartment was a bit worn in places and the balconies and high points on the ceiling could have done with an extra clean. Handy having the golf club access and discount on food and beverages. Would definitely go back!

Wasn't aware that the restaurant was closed for renovations when we booked. Seeing it is miles from anywhere, that was annoying. Didn't appreciate that the receptionist, told us we shouldn't be travelling through NSW, even though we had an official NSW travel permit with us and showed it to her before her making that statement. If the NSW government was happy to have us travelling around, who was she to tell us that we should go home. Quite frankly, she was just rude and that is the last thing you need when booking into your accommodation.

Excellent spacious accommodation with private parking. Enough space for large families or two groups. The pool is great and heated and it’s a stones throw from the best wineries.

Large spacious 2 bedrooms both with en-suite, 2 balconies, kitchen with full size fridge and dishwasher and wine fridge as well as washer and dryer. Access to 2 pools with spa, tennis court and gym facilities. Great view of hot air balloons at 6am. Next to golf course too

My husband and I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with another couple. We have stayed here before as we like the layout of the apartment. Both bedrooms feel like master bedrooms and both have their own bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need, and love the fireplace in the lounge room. Very Cosy! Wasn’t sure how the Restaurant on the grounds would be due to COVID restrictions, but they did a great job. Tables were well spaced out, hand sanitizer readily available etc On Saturday we had dinner there which we all thoroughly enjoyed. We had breakfast there twice, and whilst there was no buffet (Due to COVID restrictions) the meals were great and so was the service. Would definitely recommend this place for a Hunter valley getaway.

Stayed here before but this was disappointing. No instructions for appliances. Microwave did not work. Internet very weak, almost useless. Patio view of a wall and noise of water pressure cleaning. Golf club facilities were closed. Really tried to support a region but felt let down. Nice walks

The villa was fantastic, very well payed out and clean. The dishwasher was challenging to use and the sofa bed was not made as per requests (confirmed several times). However other than that it was great.
