Room was comfortable, very clean, spacious and quiet. The balcony was so nice to sit on, the curtains were blackoyt, and do nice to sleep in a bit. Coffee was great in the lobby. Everyone was friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend, and will be staying again!

Beautiful location! The balcony was so perfect to look over the valley and drink coffee. Staff was so friendly and the hotel was spotless. I will stay again!

We thought it was great! Picked for its scenic location, trolley service, and everything needed in 1 location! Inside & outside were very quiet. Sports book was great. Restaurant had good tasting food & service. Easy parking & free. However, the shower head sucked. It was a small shower head.

Check in was easy and fast , hotel is clean and convenient with restaurants inside . Pool is dirty and hot tub don’t work also had lots of hair and things floating in it

Very nice hotel, but the food was either under cooked or over cooked. The pool was nice but the hot tub was full of little kids doing canon balls into it. We couldnt even sit in it, it was so full of children.

Always a great time, casino floor and restraunt are amazing the pool area in particular the hot tub needs work! Very dirty and jets don’t work

Nice rooms, comfy bed, great food. Take a hike up to Frienship Tower at Mount Roosevelt while you’re there. Photos are from the hike.

The Lodge at Deadwood is beautiful and very comfortable. The lobby is decorated in decor that fits the Black Hills of South Dakota. The staff pays attention to detail. Our food and service was perfect in Oggie's Restaurant. They made sure our trip was memorable in a good way.

Hotel is great. Front desk not so much. At first the check in lady was rude when I asked for my $15 food credit. The next morning the shower was o ly lukewarm. I let them know. The 2nd morning the same. On the last day still just barely warm. I showered in the pool shower. Told them again and they offered me $15 food credit towards my next stay. The food at Oggies was good. Service good.

Driver was very accommodating to my need to stop and get something to eat. Hotel upgrade when I checked in!

Best place to stay in South Dakota! Logan checked us in and was welcoming and attentive. Property is pristine and well taken care of. Great for families as they have a fabulous pool for the kids. We stay here once a year and look forward to our next stay.

Mostly excellent. Front desk staff could have been a bit more friendly. Only drawback, we were there on a 4 night stay and got our room cleaned once. Had to call for towels 3 times. Wait staff in the dining room were all excellent & friendly.
