Great hotel. Friendly staff and everyone I spoke with understood English. Plenty of places within walking distance.

Super happy with everything except the gym, pool, etc. This was really subpar but totally overshadowed by how the staff were all so incredibly helpful and friendly and the location is EXACTLY where you want to be in Buenos Aires. Loved having a quality breakfast experience each morning to get my day started right.

The location is perfect, we could walk everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed (recommendations, transportation, etc) always on point. I would stay here again on my next visit to Buenos Aires

Great area, good hotel. Old building so there are some plumbing issues. No pressure from sink or shower at times and brown water coming out of both at times also. Property is very quick at fixing the issues. Also, asked for late checkout and due to availability was denied. However staff desk did tell us they’d hold our luggage while we roamed around the area until our ride to the airport came. Overall a good hotel for a budget in Buenos Aires. Not to mention right next door to the 2-star Michelin restaurant Parilla Don Julio. Book months in advance if you want to go! I highly recommend it! Messi eats there!

It was a good stay, excellent breakfast!!

everything was good except the noise, one can hear when others on my floor would open and close their doors.

The Pleno is in an excellent location. We could walk to many restaurants and bars and did a lot of sightseeing by foot. The staff were wonderful. We booked football and a tango show through them and everything was looked after and they explained everything very well. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fruit and coffee. The breakfast staff were also attentive and looked after us well.

The hotel is a beautiful neighborhood and close to the subway. The staff was outstanding, especially Lucia, who went above and beyond to help us with the ferry to Uruguay.

Service at breakfast was not great. We were never offered warm food as other tables were and on one occasion we were asked quite rudely to leave (to make room for other guests) while we were still drinking coffee.

This property is in a gidd location and looks modern and pretty, but I have to tell you that it is not at all quite. I think it was built cheaply with little to no insulated. I was laying on my bed on the second floor and could hear every word 2 guys on the street were having in a conversation. Also, the doors are Soo loud every time someone else on the floor went in or out of their room, I could not take an afternoon nap because of the noise. And each room has its own AC/heat. It was either freezing or hot in my room no matter what I set the temp at. It was there for 3 nights and contemplated leaving early a few times.

The location was nice with lots of restaurants.
They said they offer an airport shuttle but they charge for it.

Everything was great. Front desk staff (female) during the day were particularly helpful

The room was perfect. I worked remote for a week from this hotel and the wifi was perfect. Also the room was very sound proof so I didn’t hear anyone playing music or watching tv.
Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly.

We checked in a bit early only to find out they had overbooked the hotel and the large suite with living room and couch I reserved wasn’t available, only a standard room. They offered to waive the $60 fee for the extra person and bring in a pull out. I was told there would be an additional room available for the rest of our stay starting the next day which we would get at a discount on top of refunding the difference in price for the suite. To my surprise the next morning when we asked about checking into the additional room, they had booked it out and it too was now no longer available. I was then told I would receive a full refund for the hotel. That evening when inquiring with the manager I was now told a full refund was not the case, only the difference in the cost from the suite to standard room. To say the least our stay was completely uncomfortable. The hotel of broken promises. DO NOT STAY HERE

Tiene lo necesario, es un cuarto que no tiene nada especial, la ducha diminuta inundaba el resto del baño. Para el precio esperaba mas

Nice and modern hotel, conveniently located in the district of Palermo. The rooms are not very big, but well equipped and the bed is really comfortable. The breakfast does not offer much choice, but the products presented are of good quality. However, I am forced to give a minus rating because my room was under the (small) gym and it seemed to have people working out next to the bed. I pointed out the problem and the staff told me they knew about it. They were all very nice, but on balance I think it would have been the least to offer a discount or a gesture of kindness at check out.

So the upside is, the breakfast is decent, the location is fantastic and the staff are lovely.
The roof top does not look as nice as on the picture, it's quite run down. Closes at 21:00 which is a shame for the hot tub.
Room: The bed sheets are weird..they sound like plastic and aren't cozy. (Heads up, twin beds seem to mainly be singles, never doubles here)
The aircon is an automated system, so it is a bit fickle to control. Turning it on/off means it won't. stop blasting until it's reached the temperature indicated.
The room has poor dim lighting as does the resto..and could pro

When we arrive in the evening a guest was taking a Corona test in the reception area. I would think they could have done that in a place less visible for new guests.
I had ordered a room with two beds, but the receptionist said they only had rooms with one large bed left, even tough the beds could be separated. I had to argue with the guy in the reception who keep stated that I had ordered a room with one bed. I could actually see the booking said two beds on his screen, but he continue to blame me. What a way to welcome guest! We had to ask for more sheets and then separating the beds our self, something that easily could had been done before we arrived. I had also recommended this hotel to some friends of mine, that had the same problem and almost ordering new single rooms in stead of separating the beds.
I also ask the same receptionist to order taxis for us in the morning, but that never happened either. The morning staff was much nicer and fixed taxis for us.

Service was delightful, our room was really nice, the pool was good (although a phone nearer the pool and a good clean might be in order). Location is terrific for Palermo Soho and close to Aeroparque. Really nice place to stay!

Great location in Palermo. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great loctation in Plermo district that offers many good restaurants. The beast steak place in Buenos Aires, Don Julio, is less than a minute walk away from the hotel. Walk through Eco Park, and Japanese gardens to Malba museum takes only 35 minutes. Area has a lot of green space and hotel is on a quiet street. It is a safe area to walk. Just be careful with your cellphone... it is a common issue in Buenos Aires that cellphones can be snatched away from unexpected tourists.
The hotel offers modern decor and well furnished rooms. The breakfest area, especially the outdoor patio under the trees is very nice. Breakfest is also god.
