Great place to stay a few days

On the first night, due to a downpour, we were left without electricity and water. The next day I left the site and they did not want to give me a refund for the day I had paid for, that is, I stayed for 1 day and had paid for two.

Great place to stay! Staff was very kind and helpful! Always clean! Half of the bed springs on the bed were broke/dead so that was uncomfortable. Breakfast was delicious and included! Everything else was amazing!

Nice staff, well located, cheap.
No AC units on rooms, no parking on site.

Worst customer service ever. The guy from the front desk was rude. You need to pay a cash deposit for towels and they have no soap. Bathrooms were dirty.

I’m so glad I decided to stay at Casa Zen. The proximity to the beach is what sold me on this property, and the stretch of beach is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just enough to get you going but the communal kitchen helps save cost of eating while on vacation. I loved the amazing experience I had at Casa Zen

The stay was okay. There was no air conditioning. There were cockroaches and my friend was stung in the middle of the night by bugs.

Yeah I think you guys were fine, but as someone who has traveled extensively, gone to the burning Man festival for 15 years in a row, and then a regular at countless yoga studios I would say that when someone gives you a constructive criticism it’s better to acknowledge their criticism rather than just trying to argue with them right off the bat. This is an average facility with average employees doing the bare minimum they can to flood their place. My suggestion is put a little heart into it, put a little passion into what you’re doing, put a little love into what you’re doing and you will experience a huge benefit. I am incredibly involved in the yoga, birding bad, desert hearts, festival scene for over 20 years and I would recommend just try to be kind to your guess rather than argue with them and try to explain why you’re right and they’re wrong. Growth happens from mutual understanding not throw a space of trying to defend your self without true reflection.

Our apartment was directly in front of the yoga place. Didn’t know that

Enjoyed my stay. Family run. Would recommend as an affordable place to stay.

I was more of family trip, the room was not too comfortable for that - a bit dark, minimum furniture, no air conditioning, communal bathrooms with showers, the breakfast was coffee and fruit, very basic. The staff was nice and helpful. There were a lot of students at the hostel living beach life and taking yoga classes.
Moto- and quadro-cycles are popular in the town of Santa Theresa.

Stayed in a room with 2-twin beds, ceiling fan, & shared bathroom. Room was basic however a great rate for what you are getting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location close to the beach. Music from classes upstairs can get a bit noisy sometimes. Overall a great stay.
