Room could be cleaner, the house keeper would come everyday and cleaned, but there were things that needed cleaning. More than just the service level. Maybe replace a few things. Service was amazing our butler DeLeon was wonderful and so helpful as well as patient. He was always able to answer our questions and was always willing to help.

Very welcoming staff . Super kind Spa is over priced we did couple deep tissue massage I suggest you check outside outside the hotel !!!!! Our butler isiaias was super sharp and understanding for any issues that arise . It’s a great place to relax and let the rest in the hotel . Pool parties . Foam . Dancing . Casino . Clean beaches and rooms . 24 hours room services !!!!! Majic nights show , singers . Italian steak and French restaurant even sushi are all good not excellent food . I will def come back . I had an issue with go magetsic activities . I couldn’t make it one of the activities and they handle it very professionally .. Piano bar was nice

The check in took us 30 min. The bag delivery to the room 1.5 hour. The food was spoiled., not cooked. The beach was great.

We had an amazing stay at Majestic Mirage! We loved the property, especially our room which had a private rooftop jacuzzi & cabana, and then the pools & beach were beautiful and had plenty of space for all guests. Another highlight was the staff — both our butler & everyone else we interacted with were all so kind, friendly, and helpful. We also loved the live entertainment at night — was great to always have an activity after dinner. Overall was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely recommend this resort!

Adults only section of the beach are used by people with children and people from the neighboring resorts.Nobody from the resort is monitoring this situation and resolve it, Butler service is a joke. We stuck in elevator on our way to the room at arival together with the butler and I asked to be moved to the lower floor (mine was 4th) to be able to use stairs. Butler never get back to us on that issue. Reservation of the restaurant was a difficult tusk for him. I was able to do it by miself few times before even he did { after numerous msgs back and force }. Food in the most time and all restaurants including buffets was not tasty at all. Variety is there, but no taste. ESPECIALLY DESSERTS! Pastries' taste are offensive to Italian and French chefs. Staff mostly polite, helpfull, and friendly. Coffe machine in 18 Lounge was broken few times during our stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. AC was working very good. We were able to even turn it off for few nights. Usually, on a lot of resorts it is a problem for me - I always like it cold. Life music on the Plaza every night was not intertaining. They did not turn on crowd and make them dance. Animation team did not help at all. They were just walking around. Beach party one night was not a " fire" too. It was saved by a lot of alcohol that was very good served to people by waitressed staff. They were amaizing every day and everywhere including during the day at the beach.

Our butler Victor made sure that everything was taken care of. If he did not know the answer he figured it out. Our room was good the location was not so great. I thought I was booking in the adult side with a swim out room. Turns out we ended up in the family side with a swim out to the access road that all the workers and delivery trucks used. The food was mediocre. Most of the time there were lots of choices but not a lot of flavor. The staff at the restaurants basically gave you water and if you wanted a drink you needed to find it yourself! But they are eager to remove your dirty plates to keep things moving. Several of the guys who were delivering drinks around the pool were great!! Nelson and Winder a . Juan and jimmy did a great job at the swim up bar!

The staff is the star of the show! Our butler Candio was such a help and was so attentive and kind. Most of our other interactions were with the pool bartenders, Gustavo, Jimmy, Juan, and Luis-Franklin. All of these guys were the best!!!! Another employee, Wender was so so so sweet!

The property was gorgeous and very clean. Not a spot of litter anywhere. Employees were quick to collect empty glasses and plates from the poolside and beach area. Beautiful landscaping, too

Awesome property with great anemities. Always something to do during the duration of our stay. Staff was friendly and courteous for the most part. Food quality was great and selection as well. Would definitely recommend. Shout outs to Delvin, Emmanuel and Chema just to name a few that helped to make our stay enjoyable and entertaining. Butler service was lacking at the beginning of our stay but we figured it out ourselves. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Mirage. Food, drinks were plentiful. Weather and ocean conditions were great. No seaweed. Special thank to Noami, AnnaMaria, Felicia, Natalia, Francesco! They were excellent. Always willing to walk extra mile for us. Our kids were treated so nice and warm. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will go there again.

Our Butler Elias made the entire trip wonderful. Without him I don’t think we would have had even half as good of a time! The first room we had was dirty and filled with mosquitoes also terrible location. They did pretty promptly give us a new room, a much much cleaner and better room we were very happy with. Our first night was a little disappointing because of the room and because our butler didn’t get there until the next day. The next day was the start of our great experience. Our butler was funny kind and so personable. I brought my 12 year old son here for a mom and son trip and he bonded with our butler and my son had a wonderful experience in large part to our butler going above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. ELIAS thank you so much for being so awesome. I’m pretty sure a housekeeper or minibar personelle went through my backpack and took money out of it the first day. Put your things in the safe provided. The beach and grounds were beautiful. The food at the Italian restaurant and steakhouse was great the seaside buffet was best for breakfast and lunch. The draft sportsbar food was AWFUL and the food at the buffet was AWFUL. I mean like it was worse than chuckie-cheese food. Also avoid the pizza on the room service menu so bad. The rest of the food on the room service menu was acceptable. The staff was amazing and friendly and make you feel so welcome and appreciated. The check in staff could be more accommodating and more friendly. Will return!

We had an amazing 7 day vacation at the Majestic Mirage! Our first floor king suite, with living room and two twin Murphy beds 2 full bathrooms provided us with the perfect amount of space for our family. The best part was the outdoor patio with Cabana and direct access to the pool. The beach was well maintained with plenty of shade, loungers, and cabanas for all. The many restaurants and bars provided lots of options for food and drinks. The maintenance group was extremely fast to respond to our door lock problem and drippy shower faucet. Overall, great service provided! A couple of improvements would be to do some minor refreshing of the resort/rooms like new furniture (or clean upholstery), fresh paint, improving the pub and disco spaces, etc. Also modify the "must wear pants" rule for men which is enforced in some restaurants to accept nice dress shorts also. Be prepared to do lots of tipping even though it's an "all-inclusive".

We had two rooms one for my wife and myself, and another for my adult sons.Property is beautiful, staff all around was friendly. Check in was not great, was not offered food or drink when we arrived just shuffled into a long check in process. One room not ready one room was supposed to have two beds for my sons. They ended up sharing a bed, and after 2nd day they brought a cot into the room which was useless. Bus transfer to the airport was a nightmare, Gentleman driving the go majestic van called me by first name and was the same gentleman who took us to the resort. Thank god he asked what airline and we quickly found out he took the wrong family to the airport. Then back to the hotel and the go majestic services could not find my van transfer. I heard the woman who took my reservation for the bus transfer trying to find out what happened on the phone with someone saying bendejo several times not sure if referring to me? The butler was a nice guy. He made dinner reservations a couple nights for us.

This place is very clean and quiet. Foods were good except Japanese rest. It was so salty. The most foods were French rest. But it needs to be reserved in advance. Each group will be given a person in charge. But my group were not happy with this person. He didn’t care about our schedule of golf tee time etc, status of restaurant reservations ….. Except that most of things were good and enjoyable for staying

Functionally totally inaccessible. If you are elderly or otherwise activity limited book somewhere else or be prepared to shell out $900 to rent a scooter for one. No onternet n room. limited access to best restaurants. Free golf with mandatory $98 cart rental. Unfriendly; unhelpful.

I had a wonderful two weeks during the Christmas and new years holidays. The Majestic Mirage is a great property with large spaces to explore and have fun. The beach is beautiful and the water great to swim in. There were great shows daily and the entertainers go out of their way to make people happy. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure that I was treated very well. In fact the best part about this resort is its friendly staff. Resort and staff were excellent. The only critique was the food. Buffets offered good variety, but the ala carte restaurants food was average at best. Overall good value and location. Would go again.
