I checked in last Saturday at this property, there was no checking process. On Monday there was a loud knock on my door telling me that I have to be moved because I booked a room with no kitchen and I was put in a room with a kitchen. I told the lady it was not my fault that I was placed in this room and I didn’t want to move and she told me that this is not how this works. There was no hand soap, wash cloths or paper towels provided in my new room. I tried having breakfast there that same morning and I was told that breakfast was $30 EC. That same night I didn’t have any water, there was no one around to ask, next morning I had no water I was told that the water company shuts off the water when it rains heavily and because I was in an upstairs room the water is taking a really long time to come through the water tank. I was given the option to move to a room downstairs I really didn’t want to move again so I was very thankful when I finally got water. After those hick ups my experience was not really bad. The location was very convenient.

Valley Breeze Guest House is a gem to explore. A great location to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. A home awat from homein the beautiful Spice island.

Expedia did not send my resolution into the system on time. The manager was kind enough to accommodate me after seeing my paid confirmation receipt. I will no use Expedia any more.

Everything was great about our stay. Cleanliness and amenities were on point.

I've stayed here quite a few times. This was the first time I stayed here in the new apartments. Things were expected except there were mosquitoes in the room my entire stay (they were there upon arrival). The room did not have a phone to use to call the office. The restaurant was under renovation, which I did not know until I asked about food options. I would stay here again but I expect an improved experience next time.
