We had a great stay. While the outside of the inn looks tired…..our room was clean and you could see that it had been recently updated. Comfy bed and it was quiet. We ordered wings from the onsite restaurant. They were very tasty and it was not a long wait before they were ready for pickup. Overall a very positive experience.

Very comfortable motel well located for touring the beautiful Beaver Valley and Collingwood area. Comfy beds, well priced, very clean and well appointed room. Really enjoyed the Bovine Grilled Cheese sandwich at the adjoining restaurant. Great homemade fries. Restaurant closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Highly recommended!

Man who was in the office complained that we booked through Hotels.com. it was the first thing he said to us...Not "Welcome" or anything. Just told us that because we booked through Hotels.com, he made no money and that Hotels.com makes all the money. Hotel knew we were coming for several hours and yet our room was cold...No heat on and it was cold. The bathroom had one washcloth already used and lying beside the sink...There was a tube of toothpaste lying there (sample size) but the tube had already been used. There were dead bugs behind the taps in bathroom and the door handle on the bathroom door was not totally installed. The doorknob was in the hole but Not screwed in...you literally could see around the loose doorknob out into where the beds were. Fridge was dirty. Will absolutely Never stay there again. Also you could tell we were in the old part of the motel. Hotels.com, you need to change the rating on this motel.

I Highly recommend to management of this property, your receptionist man need to learn some manners talk to customer. Last but not least, if you late night check- in receptionist make his own policy on time and charge extra money, because he know in night time you have no choice. Radiculous experience with this property.

The Inn is well maintained, clean inside and out. Very convenient location and very good price range. Owners were really very friendly and helpful, I can't thank them enough! Definitely a great place to stay.

This is a nice place to stay as a layover for a night or two. Its quiet and calm and not much happens around here. the town is very close if you need anything other than what they sell in the restaurant/store. It's a nice place the owner and his wife are quiet friendly and have a great sense of humor. Just a couple of people trying to navigate life in unbearable times.

Room size was larger than most. Restaurant on-site, nice breakfast. Soaps and cream dispensers on the wall, I like that idea, and they are good creams (I'm very picky). Overall good stay

Terrible experience even though we stayed all in all only 7 hours inside the room. On Expedia it was written that it is 3 star hotel ,on Google it was written that it is a 1 star hotel and in front of the hotel it was written a 5 STAR HOTEL . But in fact this hotel does not deserve even 1 star. The room was dirty (towels, floor…); The smell inside the room was awful. In short I had a very bad experience .

Stayed in a room with 1 bed over 1 night. Room was extremely dirty!! Dead flies are on the walls and hair everywhere. Flies are in the room. The room was damp and all our clothes was damp in the morning. Shower is broken, water was dripping all night all over walls and on the floor in the bathroom. Fridge worked badly but not the freezer part. Our ice pack for cooler was melt in there. Food was spoiled. I’m not going to stay there again for sure.
