Bestest stay we have experienced while in Mexicali. That hotel was AMAZEING !! Very clean, close to lots of shopping places BESTEST A.C. unit ever!! Which is a must for me!. Staff was very friendly. Receptionist was super kind!!

Great relaxing stay. Went to Mexicali to try out some local breweries and we needed a place to stay. We decided to book this place and glad we did. Everything was close by and the service was awesome.

The smell in our room and also on the hallway was not pleasant. I had to sleep with that smell. Floors were a bit dirty other than that I guess it’s just a standard hotel. Nothing major or nothing fancy it does the job.

We stayed in a bottom room that had walls that where a dirty, and when we turned air conditioning on, there was a bad smell coming out of the unit but besides that our stay was good.

Staff is not friendly. They seem bothered and look at you like you’re an Idiot when you speak to them. They only clean your room every 7 days & only give you 1 roll of toilet paper a day. They won’t bring anything up to your room, you need to go get it. Example: Like clean bath towels. They don’t have pool towels. The blankets weren’t washed prior to our arrival, again because they only clean every 7 days and not between guests. The restroom shower was missing a door. Breakfast isn’t included in your stay. They do have a full size fridge and stove with 2 burners in the rooms though. For being near the HolidayInn & other “high end” hotels (for Mexicalli) I was disappointed. I should’ve paid the extra $ & stayed across the street at Holiday Inn. The rooms were nicer and bigger at Holiday Inn and the breakfast was delicious when I stayed there last year.

Cleaning service did not do it at all. We request cleaning and they say..! Cleaning service is done every week. I i said. What..? They only provide clean towells..!

This was my first time not staying at a full-service hotel, and it was a bit of a shock.
Basically, it wasn't cloth or attached to the premises it wasn't provided. Not even a cup.
That said it was less than half of the price of the hotel across the street that serves breakfast where I normally stay.
I couldn't even lay at the pool as they were jackhammering out the tile doing maintenance.
I'm conflicted as the sale price was so good and the staff was great, and yet you really got to bring (or buy) anything you want other than a soap or a towel with you

There is a very limited space for parking. No coffee in the lobby or rooms. The bedding is very poorly. The shower was clogged and the hot water took a long time to come out.

The hotel is very poorly sound insulated, if you are a light sleeper I would you recommend bringing earplugs. We heard people in neighboring room come in later at night and it felt like they were having conversations right next to us. We heard anyone walking through hallway and worst we could hear the upstairs water whenever a toilet was flushed.

The hotel looks decent on the outside but the room I got had stain sheets. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe so I had to check out an hour after I checked in. The staff is also not very friendly.

First of all hardly any parking, no iron or hair dryer if you need one you need to leave your ID at the office. No bottle water to drink. You can hear everything from the room next door. The phone to call receptionist not working. The tv controller not working just was able to see one channel. I will never come back again.

It is clean, affordable. Parking can be better, no coffee maker. If you stay more than one night, the room is not cleaned on day 2.
Before Covid the lobby area, they had coffee, pastries and fruit. They never brought it back.

Booked and prepaid a three night stay. The lack of cleanliness of the room showed in a floor that could use some mopping. When I requested it, I was told that they only clean once a week. The bathroom smelled of sewer and the thin walls allow you to enjoy other guests TV preferences

Checked in around midnight . Lobby did not give a room key . Lobby agent walked us to our room . Stated that system was uploading and that later a room key will be delivered to us . No one came to give us a room key . My wife and I didn’t feel safe not having a key to leave and get back in to room

This was my favorite place to stay. However, I have noticed that the property is starting to be neglected.
I was first given a room that was dirty. There was food in the counters and a horrible smell. I was given another room but still seemed that only the bed sheets were changed. I was itchy the whole night and the AC made a squeaking sound the whole time. I will not be staying here ever again.

No room service for cleaning or supplies available. No iron. Had to go get it at receptionist. Needed bathroom/towels had to personally go get them at reception.

The beds were dirty, the walls were gross. The room smelled like smoke and we asked to be switched rooms but were told they couldn’t accommodate - instead they went and opened the window and sprayed some air freshener.
The towels that were provided where ripped, old and worn out. The bed was broken & it was just an overall bad experience

First, my check in was really bad . Had me waiting for almost an hour because they couldn’t find my reservation. Also, the room was smelling bad, the bed had dirt . Shower was really dirty also.
