Nice staff, nice and clean hotel

I enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Very centrally located, still in a quiet neighbourhood which felt very safe. The room was impeccable, as were the facilities. Nice gym.

First the positives: The COOP hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of Sofia. Everything was walkable. The breakfast buffet was nice and offered a lot of selection. We had complementary small bottles of water in our room daily. The room is spacious and well laid out. The hotel felt safe and the area around the hotel also felt safe. The hotel has a fantastic sauna and locker facilities. (Seriously - book the sauna if you stay here!) Then the negatives: I tried to reach out to the hotel before my stay to arrange taxi service from the train station. They never replied. Nor did they apologize for failing to reply. The room temperature averaged 27 degrees. I called the front desk due to the discomfortable heat in the room. Twice they told me they would turn on the AC to cool the room, the third time they told me that all they have it heat and the fourth time they told me that there was nothing they could do. With my window wide open the room cooled, but then I couldn't sleep from the noise of traffic. Speaking of sleep, the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy. Between the heat, the hard mattress and the scratchy bedding, I could not sleep well. The room had a deep soaking tub and a shower head in the tub. There was no curtain and just a small glass wall near the shower head. The shower was powerful. So powerful that whenever we took showers we had lakes all over the bathroom floor. The small glass wall was too small and insufficient.

I will stay again for next visit. Staff is very friend.

The rooms are nice with contemporary furniture , comfortable bedding, and all the amenities you expect from a 4-star hotel: the hotel rooms are fully carpeted though, bear it in mind if you don't like it. The staff is cordial and genuinely helpful. The quality of the breakfast is good enough with both salty and sweet options, although the choices are somewhat limited and at times the staff seems to struggle to keep up with the service when the breakfast room is at full capacity.

Nice hotel in the downtown area. Our double room was nice and spacious. There was an issue with the drainage but hotel personnel resolved same day. Hotel is very close to lots of historical places and great restaurants. We were able to walk for lunch or dinner every day. Definitely will book again for future trips.

Your Door system is not well, my keycard lost Data evryday, but the rest was perfect

This hotel had the largest bathtub I have ever seen. It was wonderful. Very accommodating staff!

I enjoyed my stay at Coop hotel. The hotel is located really well in Sofia’s city centre. It is great for a bit of sightseeing and also a spot of shopping. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

I think they bought there good reviues. When you flush the toilet water sprays all over you leg and the floor. Mini bar had 1 beer inside and no info in the room how to call room service or even if they have room service. Breakfast was like in two star hotel. Room was clean that is all good I can say about this hotel I will not book it again.

Very good 4* hotel, centrally located and close to the Cathedral, however still a good walk to city center/Vitosha Street. The hotel is very well kept, very clean, spacious and comfortable room, good and spacious bathroom. Staff is attentive and polite, very good breakfast as well with good variety and food quality. The hotel seems to have been renewed recently, the only detail not so much to our taste was the very classical décor, especially the room which is very brown (dark brown) which reduces the light and makes the room a bit dark. Being a question of taste, all the rest, service, comfort, quality, we definitely recommend this hotel.

Good place and about 15 min walk to city center. As to covid there are some restrictions (bar). Good wifi conection and place for work in room.

Cheap, clean and with a very central location close to most of the city’s attractions (the Alexander Nevsky cathedral was 5 min away by foot).

Very pleasant hotel. Roomy with great facilities. Location is tip top very central. Staff are very accommodating. I felt very safe and comfortable there. Would return in a heartbeat!

Absolute disaster, i was forced to pay twice for my stay, once with Expidia when i booked the room and once at hotel when i checked out. Management at the hotel is simply not existing

The location was great and staff were helpful. It’s just my rooms bathroom smells so bad had to change the room, and then when I changed it the room was very cold But as it was central heating couldn’t do much.

Excellent! Very nice staff. Room and bathroom were cleaned everyday but the bed was not made. Didn’t get any indication on VIP package. Non withstanding was able to use the spa facilities for showering and getting ready to travel even after checking out that was very important due to a long flight
