(More heat is an additional fee) (pool serviced before and after each guest, and 2 times a week, Sunday and Wednesday). Spa only: $35/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment. **Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request. PLEASE NOTE: The desert can become extremely windy. Please close umbrellas to avoid damage when not in use and overnight. Thank you, kindly. Parking: 2 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request or request will NOT BE VALIDATED. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. RESPONSIBLE RENTING: We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you. There is no music allowed outdoors, please keep the music indoors and have windows/doors closed. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8 am, please ensure the deck is quiet as per the ordinance that is in full effect. Thank you for your kindness and understanding as this is what is required by law in our city. ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS/VISITORS: Please note, you are allowed to have additional 4 daytime occupants but please ensure they exit the premises after 10pm. CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With CDC new guidelines, which we follow, they have a lot more duties to complete, this helps them to be timely for everyone. Thank you so much! Thank you.*** City of Desert Hot Springs Ordinance for Short- Term Rentals: Music cell phone/laptop level only before 8 pm. It cannot be audible at the property line or front of the house. After 8 pm quiet hours. Please ensure zero music outside and human noise to absolute minimum. Occupancy of max 8 overnight and additional 4 people in the daytime. Breaking any of the city rules will result in code enforcement fines payable fully by guest and potential evictions. If the person that booked the reservation cannot attend to their phone in case of an issue, please provide an alternative number, if we have to dispatch emergency contact, there will be $50 during the day and $100 after 10pm charge to the guest.
