The property is surrounded by natural Florida foliage and is just a walk across the street to the beautiful Gulf beach. You will find a centrally located laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer as you enter the first floor. The second floor features high ceilings, expansive windows, and an open-concept living area. The sea blue and sand colors in the living room decor reflect the colors of the Gulf. The living area features plentiful seating, a large TV, and tile floors for easy cleanup. The living room offers easy access to the north-facing covered porch, which features wicker rocking chairs and an outdoor table perfect for alfresco dining. The kitchen boasts granite counters and backsplash, a dishwasher, and an open feel that allows the cook to be part of all the goings on in the living areas. Beach gear credit is included with this home - book a stay and get your choice of kayaks, paddleboards, and beach chairs. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
