Beach Boy is located just steps from the beach boardwalk and community pool! Enclosed foyer steps provide access to the floors above. The first floor offers four main bedrooms, all of them with TVs. The second-floor living/ding/kitchen area features an open plan with beautiful tile floors and lots of space for your group to relax and enjoy coastal views. The living area features a TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and direct deck access. The well-equipped kitchen has granite counters, two refrigerators, and plenty of space to prepare coastal feasts. The large dining table and counter bar stools provide plenty of seating at mealtime. There are multiple TVs/DVDs and a stereo. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
