Easy check in process. The beds are very comfortable and the place was clean. Off street parking is great. Good location for getting to many different areas, not just Disney.

Unfortunately this place is not properly advertised. 1. Our children witnessed a man peeing in the front of the property near disgustingly used mattresses thrown on the side of the property (I have pics to prove) 2. The bathrooms had no basic toiletries, bathrooms not cleaned, wallpaper pealed from the bedroom. 3. The back was completely falsely advertised and not useable. All of this with pics to prove. I do not recommend this property. Sadly, my family and I did not stay and had to drive around during the busyness season of forth of July week to find hotel accommodations. This of course caused additional cost to us. All the food I purchased for my family had to be thrown out since the only hotel we could find did not accommodate a full kitchen. It was an unfortunate situation due to the uncleanliness and falsely advertised property. Again, I do not recommend this property.

Very nice place. Clean and worked well for 3 children and 3 adults.

The rooms were very comfortable and easy to use. The parking is not easy to use but we made it work. We loved the clean and updated environment of the place. The futon in the front living room is NOT comfortable for a sleeping arrangement even though it does slide down into a "bed". The bathrooms are both updated and are very clean. The only issue we had was the coffee pot didn't work for the main carafe but it had a second single cup spout that we used but it took a very long time to get 4 cups out of and each of us wanted second cups having it take a long time. But overall we would come to this place again and I would just bring my own coffee machine just in case we wanted to have coffee.

We had a pleasant stay and Julio was easy to reach at all times. For transparency, this is a side-by-side home and there are other renters in the other unit which is attached - you share a driveway. When there was a slight issue with the parking situation, Julio was quick to respond and help. The home is nice and clean with comfy beds. Bring your own toiletries - it's no-frills, but if you bring your own stuff it's fine. It's in a fairly quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed to access. There were a couple cosmetic things that needed attention, but I'm sure Julio has given those things attention at this point, they should have been easy fixes.

I had amazing contact with the property owner prior to our vacation and the pictures online looked great but I couldn’t find any reviews so I assumed it was a great property. We arrived early and the cohost was amazing and allowed us to check in early as soon as the cleaners finished “cleaning” but when we entered the house it was clear to us that there had not been any cleaning done even though we watched the cleaner leave. I immediately called the cohost and she refunded our cleaning but the house was lacking basic necessities such as toilet paper and other necessities for as many people as we had. We ended up going to the store and spending another $135 plus tax on just household items for our stay. The hosts are kind and I do feel bad for them but unfortunately this was how our stay went.
