A nice, clean, comfortable hotel, with an adjacent restaurant which is ideal for dinner and breakfast.

When first got to reception was a bit of a wait as only one person on and couple Infront had their room doublebooked, after ten minutes got seen quickly only to find my room wasn't ready so waited ten mins outside on going back in I asked for iron/ironing board ,by morning still had,not received one,so went to reception about 9am ,no-one was there waited five mins and on going back to room seen lady in stock room and asked her,got back to room with iron/,ironing board, set it up ,board wobbled, ironed shirt and big black mark came onto shirt, lucky was inside out so could ,not see from outside ,noticed black all on iron, nobody around to report too.there was no sanitation facility in bathroom, like bin ,but overall was good stay.

Very pleasant for the most part… arrived relatively late evening… introduced to the environment and plans for breakfast…
No yogarts with breakfast! Missing from the bags….
Relaxing environment… had a a nice hot bath… TV cut out at 12! 😊
Had breakfast in the restaurant on Boxing Day and all good…
All told was very nice … the above are small things that did not take away from the experience….

It’s not so good as I expected compared to one of Marston inn (SpringRiver in Kent). I wasn’t comfortable i must say, the room is not fresh. I had to spray my perfume on the beddings yet my body itched which happens when beddings not completely changed. The bathroom extactor fan was half broken rusty

Stayed here several times now and intend returning again. Staff always keen to please and food excellent. Good facilities although car park lighting was out of action when I departed early so extra care required this time.

Enjoyed my stay at Meadow Farm. Check in was quick. My room was quiet. Leaving early was easy, a box for the room card.
My sat nav got me lost, so I took longer than I hoped to get to the airport parking.

Nice clean comfy room. Shower was fine. Food is a bit expensive.

The people running both the hotel and the pub/restaurant are simply the nicest, friendliest and most considerate set of people we have come across in any similar establishment. This was supposed to be just an inexpensive stage on a long journey but, in fact, we found it to be an unexpectedly enjoyable event in its own right. Pretty good food too. We recommend the whole place. .

Handy restaurant, comfy bed, convenient
I really did not like the over the top halloween decorations

Easy to find. Good parking. Clean outside areas with plenty of dining/drinking space. Check in easy. All staff pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was excellent value. Restaurant food good. Good size room. Heating good. Bathroom a little dated though. Our room only had one chair. Only complaint was that there were quite a few bits on the carpet so could have done with a good vacuum.

Excellent staff from check-in through to departure. Incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
Great value for money. Very good family pub which serves the business traveller very well.

Enjoyed the outdoor areas. Pub gardens excellent

The pub next door is good. I’m sure the place is fine - but they put us (a family with 2 small children) in room 1.
This room shares a wall with reception and the sliding front doors and then the key lock door entry into the hotel proper.
We were kept awake all night by people coming and going.
Don’t stay in room 1 if you can help it. Room was also filthy. Grease smears on glass, food in the carpet and neither extractor fan nor secondary main light work.

I've stayed in top hotels all over the world but have rarely experienced a cleaner room and bathroom than here.
Perfect on that score. Large family rooms and the carpets looked new. Nice and quiet at night. Would stay here again.
Can't recommend the pub food however....mediocre at best

Stay was to visit family in area over from Oman. Granddaughters loved the park and puddings 😀. One suggestion would be to replace cups in rooms with mugs as coffee sachets too strong for cups so would save to have mugs

We like the bar and music in the evening and the friendly personal.
The room was not quite clean, there were a bunch of spider webs and my daughter was sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

Loved our farmhouse room

I had no problems which I like
3.0
Noisy - our rooms were directly above reception & walkway (hot in room - window open)
Hair dryer - broken
No bath products in bathroom
Front staff not pleasant
Service in restaurant - very slow, understaffed?
Breakfast buffet - not fully stocked compared to menu options
You get what you pay for!

Bed was comfortable and clean. Restaurant was nice for dinner and breakfast

It was an exceptionally good value for money stay. The only isswas lack of staff and communication at check in and check out. The lights in the room wre ot fit for purpose. Too dark to read at night. We had a cooked breakfast the first morning, it was warm, not hot, the second morning we opted for omelette andpan akes which wrre delicious.
