Very accommodating hosts, added a night to stay and they were able to make it so we did not have to change units. Unit had everything we needed!

Dirty rooms with hair in bed sheets and bathtubs. The manager showed me FIVE rooms, and all had same unclean hair. It was late, so I had to just pick the lesser unclean room but stinky. He did not follow through with adjust price adjustment yet, which he said he would.

Our experience was amazing! We reserved these cottages for the Zion Half Marathon and it was overall great. The cottages had everything you needed, a small kitchen and supplies. It was very clean also and located in a small, quiet area. Definitely will be booking these again!

Place are nice ,spacious, perfectly for family travelwhit kiddos, bed confortable but bed frame noisy.
Many kitchen items for use, toster, blender, coffee maker, etc.( On my room missing waffle maker)
Need better housekeeping work, need change shower curtains and cover mattress was stain. (Noticed at last day, just for accident) we just used for sleeping, not expended to much time at room.

This property was so beautiful and convenient location to Zion National Park.

Zion's Camp and Cottages is really nice cozy place. We got chance to stay at this place while visiting Zion National Park. It is new facility with basic necessity near by. They don't have laundry on facility. Also no daily room cleaning service. But overall its really nice place so spend couple of nights.

We were visiting Zion so this was an outdoor vacation but Zion's Camp and Cottages was the perfect base camp for us. Great, basic lodging with a small kitchen area and plenty of room!

I was given the wrong door code so we had to wait to enter the room. The bathroom smells like sweaty socks.

It was a pity we arrived late, or we would love to spend more time there!

Our room was great. We love having a air conditioner that you can set and it works...not like hotel air conditioners that freeze then burn you up. The pillows were rough the first night then we ask for different ones and they were very accommodating. The only thing I would ask them to change would be better mattress for the bunk beds. My daughter tried to sleep on them the first night then slept in our bed the rest of the time. Her friend struggled with the bunks the whole time. Other than that it was great.

Nice cottages with bbq, stocked kitchen. Can cook most things that need microwave or included small electric appliances. Friendly flexible management who were able to alter the reservation when I accidentally double booked us! Thanks.

A great place to stay! Our bunkhouse was very roomy, the bed was comfortable, and everything was super clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
There are a few good choices for dinner nearby and it was only a 25 minute drive to Zion National Park.

Excellent location to drive into Zion (25ish mins). Each of the bunkhouses has a little kitchenette with a full size fridge, basic cutlery and some appliances including a rice cooker and crockpot. Easy access to grocery story 2 mins down the road. We did not use the grills but they had some outside. Had a wonderful stay!

A neat spot nestled between the canyonlands and easy access to Zion NP without crowds and affordable to boot. Easy parking and access to room a plus.

There was hair and dirt all over the king bed sheet as well as a bug crawling across. The sheets and blanket were also stained, the floor felt dirty, and the room was full of gnats and ants. The neighboring unit could be heard trying to get into our room via the connected door on our last night. This was the worst place I have ever stayed, it was disgusting and I dreaded coming back each day after hiking in Zion. It seems that they don’t change the bedding between guests, so unless you like bugs and sleeping in someone else’s hair go somewhere else.

Everything was as described plus a full sized fridge! Room was easy to access, very new looking and clean. Bed was softer than I am used to but comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at Zion's Camp and Cottages but there were some things that can be improved.
Positive. The grounds and outside area was very nice. Location was decent. Air Con worked very well. Kitchenette basic but effective.
Improvements could be made within the rooms. Ours had a couch stuffed in by one of the beds. It was completely unusable and used up valuable space. Towels and shower products were pretty cheap. The beds had springs jamming through and were fairly uncomfortable. There was almost no storage for clothing.

Our stay at the cottage was perfect! The unit was sparkling clean, communication was spot on, and I especially loved that I did not have to deal with stairs (I have a disability). The courtyard are was charming, the neighbors quiet. We will definitely be back again!

It was a great place to take a family.

It is a great family friendly area. Price was great. No frills, but we don't really need that. I think we saved money because of that. Will definitely be back

Clean, well equipped with what needed. Full fridge, cooking pot, rice cooker, utensils, bowls and plates.etc. I wish I had booked for more dates

The cottage was clean and comfortable. We loved the full-size fridge and convenience of a mini kitchen (no stove, but a microwave and a grill outside). It was located about 20 minutes from Zion’s entrance.

Great cottages , great lawn

The king bed needs a replacement asap since it is at the end of its life. We had to sleep on the bunk bed. The cleanliness has gone down a bit. The main countertop and plastic chairs had soda spills on them, very sticky. Even though it is 40 minute away from Zion, we like its location and will be back. Lets hope that the owner keeps up with communication as they did in the past.

Very clean

The room setup is nice. The kitchenette is great and the location is convenient. The place is quiet. The only thing we didn't like is that the staff keep knocking on our door in the morning of the check out day earlier than the time we are supposed to be out.

This place gives you a cozy feeling which makes you feels like a home. I was also surprised to find so many appliances from big to small at the cottage. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Very clean and well maintained bank houses.

Was very nice and everything we were looking for in a place to call home base while hiking in Zion.

Loved it! Super clean. Which is the priority for when we stay. Even the floor corners were clean! Nearly new. Loved the comfort touches like having salt/pepper/ketchup/mustard/folgers can of coffee in kitchette. Even had a crockpot and rice cooker. Loved the eco friendly shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. Long spacious counter top to put your gear. A couple folding chairs. Nice grill and camp fire area. Will definitely be back. Wish I would have booked it for longer.
