Stunning hotel, the room and bathroom were amazing. The staff were just so lovely, Kathy in reception made sure I got dinner. I was late back from seeing a patient and she organised a delicious goats cheese salad be delivered to my room. The food was gorgeous at breakfast too. I will definitely return. The hotel is in the centre of everything. Excellent Excellent Excellent experience.

Lovely hotel, great bedroom, nice and big with a small balcony and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast very nice and they do a mini full Irish which was sufficient for me with no waste.

Great location, staff friendly, rooms very dated and dark. Bedroom -422 was next to cleaners store room ,we were woken up early every morning with the cleaners all chatting to each other.

Nicely appointed hotel. Adequate fitness center. Nice pool and hot tub/steam room/sauna. Breakfast buffet limited. Irish breakfast just ok. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent front desk staff.

Westport plaza is an amazing "little" resort in the heart of Westport. Here you get great accommodations, an excellent restaurant (complimentary breakfast is outstanding), a good pub (w/Irish music), a spa with a full line of services, and workout and pool facility that is top notch. Withing 5-10 minutes walking to all other Westport shops, restaurants, and pubs. Staff is friendly and completely service oriented. There is a car park here. Price is right here . . if you planning to come to Westport, this is the spot.

What a beautiful stay and experience! Kathy at the front desk had a lovely smile and gave us such a warm greeting! She upgraded us to the Presidential suite which was a wonderful surprise! Westport is such a quaint, lively little town. We were lucky enough to stay 2 nights. We stayed at all 4 and 5 start hotels during our time in Ireland and this was by far our favorite! Can’t believe it is not 5 star! Be sure to check out the Westport house while you are there!

A very nice stay, the only down side was we booked dinner for 7:30 and waited 40 minutes for our starter. We asked the waiter was there a problem after noticing customers who arrived after us being served. The manager apologized and didn't charge us for our bottle of wine, but it did spoil our dining experience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

It was a bit crowded, but the room was excellent, particularly for this relatively remote location. Restaurants are very good.

Booking in was excellent staff were really friendly and helpful my room was much much better than I expected i exactly looked up the website as I was sure it was a 5 ⭐️ hotel but it was a 4 ⭐️ this hotel should definitely be 5 ⭐️ the bed was comfortable with air conditioning breakfast first class with a very good menu I definitely recommend this hotel it is excellent value for money

The hotel was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in in a very long time. And I am over 6 feet tall so the tub with the Jacuzzi jets was a welcome site after a long trip. The food was good. The service is good. I and the people of Westport are some of the friendliest I have ever met. I joked with the staff that I was glad I was going home because if I was to stay one day longer, I might not ever leave.

Only niggle was paper cups in the room for tea and coffee..( which the maid forgot to change) not very eco friendly for everyone to be using disposable cups in the rooms.

Hi we landed and checked in and with covid the lady said food till 9.30 went to our room that i ordered a nice room no 402.It was a bad night so we just wanted food bath and tv.well we got nothen of the above.the tv only had two cannels two people came to look at it .no good and no internet.This was now nearly 9 in the evening.went to the resturant and the lady turned us away.saying last orders were 8.45..then the upgrade for jacuzzi and that didnt work.them bfast i ordered scrambled eggs and they done in microwave.the manager was ment to come back to us as he doing his best.but when we went down another couple were leaving the hotel and the manager was trying to sort them out..we were not worth comming back to.i travel all the time for work and my boyfriend works on front line.it was a suprise night for him.never again.
