Location, basic, seemed good value for money

Could not provide us breakfast, although did sell us coffee. Receptionist was late (15 minutes) to open up.

No one was at the hotel to let us in at 8pm. There were two other workers trying desperately to get in. Took a frantic hour calling the contact number given on the door. This number reached a private citizen who tried to help us... Eventually reached a worker by phone. I told them we did not want breakfast if it was not complimentary. We were charged 25 euro for a breakfast we didn't want or get. Super loud road with no way to cool room but open the noise reducing windows.

Fast check-in and out...

...although check-in process wasn't communicated clearly beforehand so we had to call the hotel. The reception was only open during certain times, and when we got there, it was closed. The number we called was picked up by an answering machine that gave instructions, only in French. We requested a baby bed, since we were travelling with our 1 year old. When we arrived, the baby bed was there, but it was broken. There were also no linnen apart from 1 blanket and no mattress. When the reception was open later that day we complained and they weren't helpful at all, telling us that we need to fix it ourselves (which we already tried, didn't work). They gave us a bag with linnen, still no mattress. After a while we've convinced them to come upstairs to our room to fix it. Once upstairs they tried to fix it, didn't succeed either. They offered to remove it from the room refund us the 10 euros we had to paid extra for it (although here on Booking.com it says it supposed to be free). I said that didn't solve the problem, since I still need a place for my 1 year old to sleep (our double bed wasn't an option, since it was already a tight fit for my husband and I). Then they offered to try and borrow one from a neighbouring hotel. Ultimately we did get a proper baby bed in the room, with linnen, no matrass. But it took quite some effort to get there. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is not worth the money. It's small, hardly anything is fresh and you still pay 12 euros. At some point the croissants were finished and the person there simply said that that was it. There were plenty of people staying there, so there were definitely people who got an incomplete breakfast buffet. Bathroom smelled like some smoked heavily in there.

The hotel is lovely. The beds are short en there is no airco. Too hot in the room!!!!!

The hotel is cheap and has its own restaurant.

The rooms were very hot, not comfortable at all to sleep in. Also no refridgerator in the room.

The location is good and there was somewhere to park my motorcycle off the main road. The price was relatively low.

I think I hadn't realised that this is a budget chain, so my expectations were a bit higher. Or, standards were a bit lower than I had hoped they would be.
