Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was fine for what I needed- a place to sleep in this location for 1 night. But I would definitely not recommend an “extended” stay here! The room was dirty (stains/dog food on the rug), the bathroom was in very poor condition (floor peeling up, shower didn’t drain well, door was rotting/peeling) at the bottom, the room smelled, the mattress was as overly soft and the pillows were very flat.

Drab, depressing, dirty. Low income people living there full time it appeared. Construction workers leaving their rooms super early in the morning with loud slamming doors waking me up. People congregating at side entrances smoking and leaving butts everywhere. Just gross.

The hotel is outdated, needs an uplift. WiFi is terrible, I couldn’t work a single day for my room…

Easy to get into and sleep on a long trip

There was policy activity in the lobby one moment and a pungent odor of food another.

All the staff was very nice

The entire driveway and parking area was glare ice, there was no sand or salt down. The building is worn and needs to be renovated. I found hair on our beds, in our sheets and in the bathtub. There were visibly dirty spaces (handprints and smudges on closet mirrors, sink dirty, under bathroom counter has a shelf that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months). The continental breakfast was a few prepackaged muffins and a very dirty coffee area.

When I originally saw the low ratings, I was reluctant to book this hotel. However, I took a change because my trip was for an unexpected funeral.
To my surprise, the hotel was a bargain and I am not sure why the ratings have been so poor. Sure, it is not 5 star, but it is a great deal for the rate i paid.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.

It was fine. Bed was a little caved-in from use. The breakfast was just coffee and some plastic-wrapped muffins. No fruit or juices.

The hotel was quite and the service desk was very friendly.

Great for the price

Upon checking in I was asked to sign a paper pledging lack of drug use and firearms on the premises. Our room was noisy and dirty.
Easily one of the bottom 3 hotels I have ever stayed in. And that’s saying something.

Nice set up. The room was in mint condition.

I stayed 5 days for work. After reading the reviews, I have to say the suite I was in was clean and updated. The floor I was on was mostly quiet and I was not bothered by that in the least.
Here is what did bother me: as I pulled in one evening, I parked all the way in the back where our rooms were located. I was sitting in my car with the door open, a white van from NY came speeding in, parked all the way in the back; passengers immediately getting out of that van headed to the dumpster and all stood there urinating on it. I was stunned as I sat there waiting for all of them to finish so I could get into the building and to my room. And I did notice how the back entrance was always propped open for people to just walk in. Security was lacking.

Some questionable people loitering in parking lot. May have been set up as shelter for some homeless.

The room and bathroom had dirty areas, including sticky things and other areas that hadn't been cleaned. The condition of the room wasnt very good, either. Breakfast was minimal, and the desk clerk said "we don't like to call it breakfast." Not the worst place, but worse than expected

Convenient to Merrit Parkway but overall pretty dreary.

Room was great as I was in town for a funeral.

Typical Extended StayAmerica, with kitchenette and full-size fridge, but fairly dated. Good location, and one of the more affordable options in the area.

The stay is ok; the pillows are horrible

Ok , comfortable beds , a little overpriced for what it is .

Hotel was priced up because it was Sacred Heart’s Family Day. I paid over $400, and the building was old and dirty. It was like an old apartment, rather than a hotel. The tub was filthy. It needed to be repaired AND had not been cleaned. Would not recommend staying here to ANYONE!

Website advertised free breakfast; all that was available for a family of four an hour before the listed breakfast closure were 6 packaged mini-muffins and 4 snack bars.Plus coffee. No bagels, danish, fruit or juices were offered. Thus in my opinion no "breakfast" was provided and the advertising was false.

Absolutely terrible. My family have never been so disgusted with a hotel. Let me start from the beginning. My family and I were here after a very long night of travels and need a place to crash for the night, so we chose this place. Right as we arrived, there were already no carts for luggage so we had to wait as an employee walk around the hotel looking for one though when they did find one, the cart was practically falling apart. We then got sent to one room and right when we walked in we could very clearly smell cigarette smoke. I then took a look around and noticed that there was hair all over in the bathroom, a spider in the shower, stains and hair in the bed, and the water in the shower would not heat up. My dad then went to the front desk and they moved us up to a new room, room #. This room had no smoke smell but still same cleanliness problems. There was a leak in the shower head, hole in the shower wall as if someone punch it in, and dried toothpaste marks along the wall and mirror of the bathroom. There also was something red (looks a little like spray paint) along the window sill in the room.
We will definitely not atay in this place again.

Advertised breakfast, but really not. No coffee pot in room. Broken sink facet

Plumber is needed in the bathroom to stop the shower/tub dripping and tighten the toilet seat. Otherwise good stay.

For a short stay it will do… Don’t expect too much… although the room smelled clean, there was an inch of dust on all the light shades & lamps, cobwebs in the corners & some mold in the shower… it is a non-smoking hotel so I was happy about that.

The breakfast was garbage. Coffee, hot water, tiny muffins and granola bars. I spent $500 for two nights and get a crap breakfast. Plus I question how clean the bathtub/shower was. There was mold around the soap dish and a couple of other spots. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

I liked the size of the rooms. I did not like that the signed was small and kind of hidden. The hotel needs to be updated and staff better trained. The grab and go breakfast needs to have a better selection.

I hated the front desk people they didn't like thier their job and was verbally abusive and aurgementive. And the room was not clean and didn't have more than coffee, and packaged food, the smell of drugs,,was all day and night in the building i felt unsafe, I checked out earlier than planned ,expensive for no reason .

Check in process took forever and it took 3 tries to get the keys to the room to work.

Great place to stay !!!!

They should not advertise free breakfast when it is an absolutely sub par selection of junk.
The location is not great either. I thought for $300 a night it would be a much nicer experience!
