Very friendly staff. Room was large and well maintained. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Places to eat nearby and Safeway Supermarket next door.

This hotel was awful the room we were given smelled so strong of cigarettes that I had an instant headache. We called down for blankets for the pull out couch and the front desk brought it up and I wants her to smell it and she said “yes sorry they even tried to paint the bathroom to get rid of the smell, sorry you got here late and this was the last room” Are you kidding me I got a room to sleep 4 with a pull out for my grandson. There were cigarette burn marks on the counter top in bathroom. I made the comment when leaving about how terrible the room smelled and that I should charge the hotel $250 for smoking in the room I was forced to stay at (it was almost 11pm when we got there and didn’t have time or money to find a different place to stay) the response was “we didn’t even get to charge the person who did it so that’s our loss” Are you kidding me I couldn’t even shower because I couldn’t close the bathroom door because of the smell. When I mentioned the smell the reaction from employees was oh you were in room 320. I left my phone number and my husbands number for the owner to call me since it was Saturday and she wouldn’t be on until Monday. Well it is currently Thursday and still no call. Why rent this room if you and all your employees know how bad the smell is. Bad business for sure

The room was fine. The problem with our stay was the guest above us. They paced back and forth from 11 pm to 3:30 am. I complained to the front desk in person at 2:15 and experienced inadequate relief from the situation. I received a $20 discount from the manager the next morning. Although she was nice about it, this is an unsatisfactory outcome to what should have been a no-event one night stay. Not staying again.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and shockingly damn good coffee

First time sitting on the toilet I see black hairs about 1 and 1/2" long. I pick one up and it is coarse. So someone had a dog in the room. But why wasn't the bathroom floor cleaned?

The room had a strange order and some work could be done in the bathroom. Sink and mirror where original I think. Beds are great though. Wonderful staff.

I got there and they didn’t have my reservation had to wait for several phone calls to be done. Then found out the pool was closed due to there being vomit in it. This was the whole reason for our stay. Asked due to that for a refund to go stay somewhere else was told I wouldn’t hear about it for 3 days cause the person that could approve it was not there. It’s been over a week and nothing.

Its fine, nothing fancy. Works for me.
