I just needed a quick, easy night in Nahsua. I was taking the bus in the morning. The price was much better than other places. It was 2 minutes away. A full refrige. Things to eat in the morning. And coffee in the morning. It was all I need

I picked this please because it had a kitchen. Unfortunately they had absolutely nothing for it. Not even a coffee pot. No plates utensils pot or pan. Complete useless. Had to go out to eat. Should’ve went to a different hotel that actually had things to offer other than a couple vending machines.

First thing that hits you when you walk in is the smell, not only in the lobby but some of the rooms. I had two rooms one smelt just like cigarettes and one did not. I mentioned it to the front desk when I found him. He did not only leave his desk constantly but he was leaving to go outside and smoke. The area around the property was great, and strict on security which is very nice. They just need to improve on their management and the house keeping and this hotel can make vast improvements.

Elevator wasn’t working. We had to carry a truck full of items up to the 2nd floor with multiple trips. Was not happy.
Staff was friendly and apologetic.

Front staff was good we checked in and 2 hours later checked out massive hole in the wall funky smell people acting sketchy outside and either toe or finger nail clippings in the bed so bedding was obviously not changed mirror was gross will never consider going there again $300 we won’t get back and had to check into a different hotel so another $250 on top of that.

The beds had pillow top mattresses, comfy. The room was clean and well lit. I enjoyed having the full-size fridge, sink, and cook top.
The bathroom sink drain was slow, and one leg on the table was about to fall off. I reported those items to the front desk upon check-out. She wrote them down and thanked me for telling her.

I always book a stay with breakfast, because it saves money and time. Well this listing claimed it offered a free breakfast, but they mean it very loosely. Its a very small cup of coffee or tea and prepacked muffins ans granola bars. Thats not breakfast at least to me.

Never got new towels or even a roll of toilet paper.
Grab and go breakfast is saying too much cause they have a coffee no cream just coffee mate and a prepackaged muffin ..pretty pathetic not even a piece of fruit or yogurt.
Would not stay there again.

There was a joint right by the back door on the card scanner. My 15 year old noticed it. There was also something splattered in the wall in the hotel room which was not cleaned before we arrived.

The room and property itself was clean and mainly quite. It is situated in a mini-business park area. Having been all over the country, in city and rural situations, I was not prepared for the level of paperwork - maybe it is new, but I have never had to have ID for my husband and a full write-up for my vehicle in a suburban area. I get it is an Extended Stay, but that level of want is NYC fine dining hotel. Hope this is not the future of hotel management.

There were multiple issues with the property. The fridge needs to be replaced - on the lowest setting, it was freezing everything in the fridge, and burst some of our glass bottles of kombucha, resulting in us coming back to broken glass and frozen sludge throughout the fridge and all over our other items. The microwave didn’t work well, and smelled like an electrical fire. The windows won’t open (and the sticker on the hood said to open the windows when cooking for ventilation, and other rooms were able to open theirs). The dog next door was howling and barking (we complained about this multiple times, and it continued). There was hair in the tub when we arrived. For the exterior, there was dog poop throughout their gardens (less an issue for us, and more so just showed that it wasn’t maintained). The key card readers on the side door didn’t work properly (we had a few issues with this, and another guest mentioned the same thing).

I did not expect to be told that we must bring all our own trash out of the rooms. What was more odd was the lack of trash cans in the room. The dishwasher soap that came with the tote of dishes, but there was no dishwasher in the room. Everyone else staying there looked like they were out of jail or rehab and it was just not a good time. The only redeeming quality was the nice lady at the desk. Can't fault her for the policies.

The operational manager should be fired she is abusive to her staff! She terrifies guests! The entire place smells like smoke and is a horrible experience for a rat to stay out! Do not go it’s awful!

You get what you pay for. This is a budget property from A to Z. It does look good from the exterior, it is nicely located almost just off the highway so very convenient for commuting and the room is clear. This is where the positives end.
The rest is budget. From the reception to elevator to smelly hallways (probably because people cook there) to the room and the old, basic furnishing.
Of course, like most hotels in the USA the AC sounds like a freight train every time it goes off, and that's every 15 minutes, so added to the old mattress, sleep quality is mediocre at best.
There is nothing I can complain about but there is nothing to praise, This is a cheap hotel for people on a budget.
I did not feel safe at all there, let us put it this way. I was constantly worried about my car, myself and my belongings. In my 25 y of travelling, I never locked my room, here I did and big time.
It is pet friendly, it happened that most pets I saw were pitbulls... Tells you something about the crowd.
One thing for sure, I will not stay there again next time and I will pay a little more to stay at the neighboring Courtyard or Hampton Inn, even though prices are becoming ridiculous lately.

Staff is friends and help you ask quickly as possible
1.0
Let's start off with the positive: the staff was excellent, very friendly. Super bonus - this place allows dogs.
And now the negatives, let's break out a numbered list:
1. False advertising. When booking from hotels.com, this hotel had a gym listed under the amenities. When I checked in and asked, they said no gym. So, false advertising and requested hotels.com to refund my money but this hotel refused. How can anyone trust what hotels.com is advertising? Moving on...
2. Breakfast, really? Breakfast consisted of individually wrapped muffins and granola bars. I guess that is ok but it was disappointing.
3. This place has a kitchenette...with nothing in the kitchenette. Ok, so I go to front desk and ask for a spoon, bowl and a pan. The pan seems like a health concern, it had peeling coating. Not wanting to ingest some toxic crap, I used the microwave for my dinner. You have to see the attached picture of the pan!!
4. Thin walls but you know, I guess that's expected. Funny, I could hear my neighbor using the microwave - wonder if his pan (Yes, I could hear it was a male because I could hear him coughing) looked like mine and had to use the microwave!
5. Bathroom vent was annoyingly loud, like I did everything I could to not have to turn on the light (which also turns on the vent)
6. Lastly...scratchy sheets and disgusting blanket.
I can deal with all the negatives except the 1st. Do not deceive and mislead people, it's not right!

This is a complete do-it-yourselfer. The rooms are bare-bones - if you want a coffee pot, or coffee packs, they're available, but you have to go to the desk and ask, and then haul it up yourself. Same for just about anything else. There is no icemaker - you've got trays in the freezer, but they'll be empty when you arrive, so until you freeze some, there isn't any. Oh, you can go to the desk and ask, and they'll give you a few. After about 4 trips to the desk, we finally have everything we needed for the night. Oh, one of our two rooms smelled stuffy, and one didn't have a really clean sink when we got there. Don't count on the continental breakfast - stale muffins and granola bars. Might be OK if you're going to be in town for a while for business or the like, can get everything you need up in the room, and can be self-sufficient, but for a one- or two-night stay, this isn't the place.
