My stay was just okay. Nothing special about this place. The staff was pretty straightforward no real expressions or interactions with clients. The room smelled like smoke, the curtains had holes In them. The community trash area was always full.

Rooms are clean. Staff is amazing. I feel comfortable and safe staying here by myself.

We needed a place to sleep for a long move, but we didn’t stay here longer than necessary.
While the price and location were great, the hotel left a lot to be desired. The lobby was very nice, but it’s all a facade. Hallways had litter and walls were thin. The room itself, while clean, needed a lot of work. The carpet was threadbare, fixes to the walls/ doors showed with patches of paint, the kitchen had very old cabinets and fridge. Everything seemed clean, but so old that you didn’t feel it was. It doesn’t seem like the mgmt of the hotel cares about anything in the rooms itself, just the front lobby. I would only stay here again if I was in a jam or trying to save money.

The bathroom had stray hair in sink and tub. The shelf in tub where you would place soap was not clean tou could see water stains.

The whole place had a weird smell. My room smelled bad even with the window open when we got there. The room was run down, toilet didn’t flush and sink was dripping. The floor was sticky and there was writing on the lamp shade. The stairwell smelled like a dirty diaper and the elevator smelled like clams.

Quiet, comfortable stay. "Breakfast included" was deceptive; grab and go muffins and granola bars are not breakfast.

Felt unclean and unsafe

The room was so old the appliances and furniture were scratched and dented and terrible. The floors in the hotel were filthy. The room stunk like mildew. The shower water never got hot. We called the front desk and they had no other room for us to shower. They said the maintenance guy would be there in 30 min and he never showed. The front desk check in was great but the lady there after was terrible. She didn’t greet anyone or help us at all, just sat on her phone. It was a terrible experience.

Breakfast consist of grab and go. No coffee pot in the room. No hairdryer in the room. Staff was unfriendly when checking in. No ice machines on property. Only ice is from one ice cube tray in your own refrigerator. We were only staying overnight. Did not have time for making ice or getting food. Asked for directions to food and were told only about fast food locations.

Love the kitchen in the room. Great room.

The people were wonderful. Room was dank and smelly. Was supposed to be a non-smoking, but smelled heavily of marijuana smoke (and both the bathroom and over-stove fans had been left on high to presumably clear it). The room also had a uterine smell. Didn’t complain as it was late and the kids were tired. We were happy to leave in the morning. We wouldn’t recommend.

Not enough handicap parking

Positives: nice staff and rooms were reasonably clean.
Negatives: not much to do, hotel management is a very cheap. Nothing came with the room. We had to ask for everything. The odor in the entire facility was unbearable. Not a good place for a family

This hotel is so outdated. The desk staff was nice, efficient and got us whatever we needed. The bed, kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the carpet in our room had stains and felt sticky under bare feet. The “comforter” on the bed is basically a sheet. The beds are loud and bouncy, if your partner moves around you hear and feel it. The wall paper in the bathroom is peeling off and the vinyl around the counter is also peeling off. The whole hotel smells like smoke, weed and ramen noodles. The “free breakfast” is a coffee station across from the check in counter with oatmeal packets, granola bars and muffins. There is no common area inside or outside to sit in, the “picnic area” is a rundown picnic table behind the hotel under a light post that looks like an employee smoking area. We came to town for the golf tournament not knowing where exactly to stay. Having been there now, we would not stay here again.

Property was old and needed a fresh coat of paint. There were no glassware and dishes in the kitchenette. No disposable glasses or ice bucket, no ice machine and the vending machine was broken. Definitely needed an upgrade.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, the beds ok and the shower had hot water. That's what I needed.

Lots of noisy guests playing music and knocking on each others doors well past midnight. Might as well remove the “included breakfast” from the description unless you’re ok with weak coffee and granola bars to get you through the day

After coming from a different hotel and being extremely tired and upset, we found Extended Stay and was able to book a room before midnight. Room was very clean (even used a blacklight flashlight), smelled amazing, (there was an air freshener in the AC unit; Genius!), and our stay was comfortable. My only complaint is the lack of breakfast which was just granola bars and some oatmeal. Overall, I'd sleep here 20x over when traveling to Connecticut. For how inexpensive this hotel is, it's the cleanest of them all.

The room and amenities were well worn. There was no napkins or paper towels in the room. Despite having a kitchenette, you had to ask for all kitchenware. This includes there were no glasses, a coffee maker, coffee cups, etc. etc. which are usually found in most hotel rooms even without a kitchenette.

Smelled like cigarettes
