Rooms are nice, showers are perfect lava temp, and beds are sturdy. However, the keys never seem to work on the first try. And thankfully they didn’t. They had given our hotel room to another person after we had already checked in. And they were trying to enter the room at 2am. Talk about wake you up from a dead sleep to someone trying to gain access to your room while in your birthday suit!

Nice room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Would stay there again. Only negative is a lot of the wallpaper in the halls and stairway was falling off, otherwise it was a well maintained property.

Had to ask for pillows for the pull out bed. Had to go to the desk to get them. There was music playing all night. Breakfast was good. Shampoo, body wash were empty in the shower.

Very nice staff very safe. Breakfast room was very clean, and the food was fresh. The lobby with the fireplace was very comfort and any questions that I needed answered by the front counter or answered.. The decor in the room was very fresh and different than any other hotel. It felt like you were on a vacation. And the showers worked fantastic. Who did not belong in the building or breakfast area security escorted them out of the building.

We booked the Extended King with Whirlpool and got to the room just to find that the Whirlpool is broken. The amount of noise outside the hotel in the parking lot at 1, 2 and 3am was beyond loud and obnoxious. The light fixture in the center of the room sounded like a dinging bell everytime the people in the room above us were walking around or their child was running back and forth for an hour starting at 6:45am. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working correctly either. I ran the air all the way down to 62 and the room just never cooled off.

Large size room, comfortable bed, good shower, and great amenities! The walls were thin, but I was tired so I got a good night’s rest anyway.

The hotel was beautiful, not too hard to find. Only aggravating thing was the fact that when we went to check in, they didn't have our room ready but they made it up by giving us some drink tokens.

First night there the front desk girl was amazing, getting us checked in. Went out to dinner and came back to loud music thought it was the bar down stairs. At 11 finally called down because the music hadn’t stopped, turns out there is a bar very close that plays loud music. They said they would try and switch me room the next day, and she gave me a small discount for the inconvenience. Next day called down to find out if I should pack our room to move, that lady was completely rude about it and how it’s not their fault there is a bar there. She said I needed to wait till 3. Went out for the day and got back to the hotel a little after 3, front desk moved me rooms finally. Also when we checked in they told us the pool was down and would be open the next morning. Next morning came and they said it would be a couple hours. All day they just kept saying a couple more hours, it never opened while we were there. That was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.
