I was surprised to see the condition of the rooms, although clean it was tired looking. The blinds were torn and the pulls no longer attached.

We stayed for 1 night since we had a wedding near by. The room was small but more than enough for what we needed. The bed was super comfortable, the rooms could use some upgrades but still completely fine definitely wouldn’t stop me from not staying there again. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice the kids enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Needs some TLC. Tub fixtures loose Carpet by the bed had been patched Lights looked old and chipped My TV remote barely worked and the TV’s themselves are old and the picture is crappy Plus only basic cable For a few dollars more I could have stayed at Sandman ( great beds and TV’s) or tried the newly renovated Marriot suites across the street

We stayed in a 2 bed suite with my family of 4 and my mother in law; the suite was spacious and beds were lovely and comfortable. Some pillows were better than others.. breakfast was good and fairly varied, plus mon to weds they have a welcome evening of some free food (chips, salad, cheese) and soft drinks which we didnt know about until we got there! Staff were very pleasant and helpful - cant fault them. Only thing is the pool was a little around the edges, with falking paint on walls and cracks on tiles; rooms aswell a little tired with worn sofa and bathrooms need updating (one toilet occasionally didnt stop flushing) - however all considered very pleasant stay and reasonable considering size of suite, free breakfast, pool open from 7am until 11pm and free mid-week evening snack

The hotel looked ok on the outside is i desperate need of an updating. Fist off the halls the rugs were all lifting and at times made it difficult to push the luggae cart. The Our room which had very very old rug was Loose and lifting. There was actuality quite a gap where the rug switched to tile (the whole length) that you can very easy snag your toes on way to bathroom especially through the night and you forget. The bed was the worse ive ever slept in and ive slept in some bad ones. The sheets also had big stains on them at least i hope they were just stains. The pool area was freezing and the water was cool. The floors in there were also very dirty. The walls were as as and had what appeared to be poop or something that looked just like it.

Hi it’s ron Terpstra my wife and i stayed one night and the room was nice but it smells like someone was smoking drugs in there so we had to move to another room. So they moved us to another floor and soon as we got off the elevator it was the same smell so please let us know what are you guys going to do

The hotel was conveniently located near where we needed to be. The suite had two bedrooms one king size bed and two double beds which was a perfect size for our family of five. Also had a kitchenette with a large fridge which is excellent. Room was clean and comfortable enough however some cos: furniture is super old and couch sank down when sitting on it, all three tvs are too complicated to operate with the three different remotes and an antiquated tv system, the bathrooms were clean enough however the tubs are showing their age and the hardware is falling out of the walls plus the ceiling was leaking. Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was ample and generous with great offerings and very decent coffee and the kids loved the fresh waffles. The pool was a great distraction for the kids perfect size and super clean, the gym was good, the laundry on site is a great help especially for us with kids. Overall a great stay and would stay there again but they knew to do some upkeep of the property and the furnishings.

This property has one of the best hotel personnel, in all the decades of staying in hotels worldwide. It is the reason for my 5-stars. While the suites are spacious overall the hotel is tired. If you are comfortable with a remote location with the only restaurant, in the area, at its sister hotel next door. This is the place for you. If its staff was not so exceptional, I would not have stayed. Thank you kindly...Engy, Beverley, Liza, Marylin, Gerald, and Dwight. Your exceptional service made my stay that much more comfortable. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. The staff,everyone,is friendly and helpful . The room is clean and very comfortable. I like the ecofriendliness of refillable shampoo/conditioner & bath gel. We were there on New Years Eve night and it was pleasantly quiet for sleeping.

Always like staying here - can be self-sufficient when travelling by myself. Renos underway at this time so a bit noisy - I had a guy on a crane in my window (3rd fl) early in morning - luckily I was dressed!

Room was in rough shape, wallpaper coming off walls, carpet and couch had stains and rough spots, bathtub cracked and enamel coming off, I don’t even want to share the pic of the stain on the bedspread…

The room was smaller than the pictures. Couch needed replacing and other updates needed. The rod that opened the curtain was broken. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed 2 nights. Family of 5. We booked for 5 adults in one room. I was very disappointed that they only had 1 queen bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. What's the point if you can't even sleep comfortably.

We totally enjoyed our time here. It was a great place to navigate our trips to Toronto and Niagara Falls from! Will be back and look for this hotel for future travels!

Place is well located. We were unfortunate to have been there during the stay of a soccer team kids and their parents. Had to wait 55 mins for check in since guests keep coming and trying to find rooms with the operator who was in front of us. Hotel was not staffed for such a large crowd. Quite noisy with kids running around. Otherwise place was good. Decent sized room and breakfast. Well situated and close to the highway.

Suite 604 has an undeniably strong electical smell when you enter it. I suspect the fridge compressor motor is causing this. The hotel room interiors should be scheduled for an update soon, things are getting a bit tired. The TVs should be the first to go.

This property was a good fit for our family. We had the two bedroom suite, great for a family of four. The room was of good size with a well enough equipped kitchen. It was very quite, even with the proximity to the freeway. Breakfast was above par and the staff could not have been more helpful or nicer. The hotel was very close to the train station which made traveling into downtown Toronto a snap. But... The room was very run down. Carpet in the room and hallways was in poor condition, with may areas that it was pulling up. The sofa in the room looked like it was picked from the garbage. And there were areas of mold in the bathroom. This could be a great hotel with a remodel, or at least a refresh.

The rooms were very old and outdated. My husband and I stayed in room 512 on fifth floor. We booked a suite, 1 King Non-Smoking Room. Upon entering the room, there was a very bad stench/smell. The room has carpet which had spots on it. The furniture was old and worn out. There was a mini kitchen but most of the appliances were old. There is free breakfast included! Weekdays 6:30-9:30 & Weekends 6:30-10:30. Overall, I believe this hotel needs a major renovation and upgrade.
