We just stayed the one night. We noticed the bathroom floor was sticky the next morning. Other than that it was fine.

The “upgraded” room was above the entry area. The doors were noisy. People smoking out front and the smoke came through the HVAC into the room. The shower only half worked as only some water was diverted from tub spout. Didn’t get good sleep at all.

Renovations in progress . Bathroom tub had a dirty ring and I didn’t step in even for a shower . Blood spot on the bed skirting but bed was comfy and otherwise the room was good . Vending machine did not work .

I arrived a little early and I was able to still check in !! The staff was extremely friendly and genuine in their kindness

It was good to have a place to stay for the night.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

One night earlier in North Dakota, we also stayed at the Microtel Inn and expected the hotel, and its service to be of the same quality. Unfortunately not. Despite the size of the room, there was no fridge or microwave, but it was clean. However, the person at check out was rude, as if I was bothering him by wanting to return the room card.

They had some construction going on, but it was handled.

Hair on pillows. Room moldy. Overall dirty. No outlets

The place was clean and nice and the value was great. The staff was pretty good, though the day clerk was a jerk, everyone else was great. The drug deals going on across the street were a bit concerning.

Nice property, not too far from down town but was undergoing renovation but was not too disruptive.

I had reqested an accesible room and assumed when my reservation was confirmed that is what I had. One could walk around the bed with not much extra space. The bathroom had a tub with a single bar. The stool was straight from a nursery school. It was low to the floor that any adult would have difficulty getting back up let alone a person with a handicap. My last two Wyndham hotels have been greatly disappointing in what I expected from Wyndham.

Welcoming.

The carpet in my room was filthy! (I did not realize it until I awoke from a short nap & turned on lights). The phone in the room was nonfunctional & thus safety was a major concern (if my cell phone became nonfunctional & I needed to call for help it was not possible).
I was not offered a room exchange when I complained to the night desk staff member & the next morning the manager refused to give me a room reduction price or credit saying “we are short staffed & going to be renovating & we gave you the dog room”. (I did not have any pets with me). If I new these issues were going on I would not have booked this place!!! I’d like a full refund please!

Waited quite a while to initially check in. Employee gave me wifi info but couldn’t read their terrible hand writing. Didn’t inform me about breakfast hours. The room itself made no sense, no outlet within reach from bed, hot water hardly worked. Don’t recommend.

This place is SUPER outdated. It was clean, but the old smells and lack of updated amenities was not pleasing. I travel for work and had to book a last minute room. The Hilton and Marriot locations in the area were fully booked so I opted for this microtel. In the future I would drive another hour to one of my favorite places.

Property was clean and well maintained. Surrounding area was a little rough but for a one night stay, I’d stay there again.

Most things were just fine. Breakfast was very good and the bedding was good and comfortable. Just didn't have a pizzazz I guess. A little worn

Was on a cross country rosd trip and stayed here one night. It is across the street from a railway, but we didnt hear any noise from it. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked about nearby dining options. Overall a pleasant experience.

Volume on tv didn’t work most of the time, could not reach electrical outlets next to the bed to plug phone in, shower wouldn’t drain, dripped all night, stains on the carpet and couch arm, room key didn’t work by the end of each day and had to get a new one every night.

Good service. Friendly staff. Rooms nice. NO luggage carts. Said they were stolen. Something could have been provided for guests though. Nice area. Fun area for travelers.

The stay was alright. The staff at check-in and check out were very nice and polite. The room was very small and there were some hairs left behind on the toilet, shower and bathroom counter. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low but it eventually got the job done. The area around the property was sketchy but my vehicle was fine in the parking lot. The room served it's purpose for an overnight stay on a two day driving trip.

The place looks dumpy. The first clue was in the afternoon I needed to get buzzed in. Then anytime I would enter I would need my card. The room smelled really bad. The carpets in the room needs a lot a attention including hallways. The chairs in the room had spots all over. The refrigerator didn’t work. Had to go to the front desk to get an iron and ironing board.
My room cards stopped working twice. The internet was down.
Never again will I be returning to any Microtel.

Nothing is perfect, I leave room for improvement. Two of us in the room and only one chair.

A lack of outlets on the right side of bed for my Cpap machine, etc. A negative.
For the technology inept, a list of the tv channels would be helpful.
Very clean room. Excellent staff. Clean facilities.

I chose this hotel based on the ratings and price point. I stayed one night for a cost of $160, and stayed in room 310. The room was reasonably clean but it had a heavy mildew smell, like the shower curtain hadn’t been changed in years. The thing that activated the shower from the bath faucet was broke so there was maybe 1/4 of the water pressure. I pushed up the element that reverts tge water to the shower and stuffed a washcloth up the faucet to hold it so I could kinda get a shower. The bed was so old and sunken in, my back was completely wrecked after three hours of sleep. I ended up checking out at 3am because it was impossible to sleep in. I let the night guy know about the broken shower and horrible bed when I checked out and he couldn’t care any less. He was a such a jerk.. I’ll never go back to this hotel and have written into Wyndham. Three hours of sleep ahead of a 13hr drive for $160 and dealing with a douche bag staff member made this the worse stay I’ve ever had, anywhere.

I really liked this hotel and would highly recommend it!
It was reasonably priced, good location, the room was small but very clean and the bed was comfy! All the staff was super nice and friendly! The breakfast looked really nice but I only do coffee!
There was 2 very minor things to mention that I guess I could say on the negative side, I do wish that there was an alarm clock in the room and one night, because my room was next to the workout room my wall vibrated and the machine was very loud; people aren't suppose to be in there late and night but they were, I didn't call to complain but maybe they could find a way to prevent people from going in there after 10 pm??
Thanks for the great stay! I will be back next time I come to town! Wendy
